Course Curriculum Overview

imprive the syllabus and reduce the syllabus it wll be better for the students.the syllabus and realworld scenarios are very diffrent and far long away.please give a consistent frequency to the exams.

in fifthth semester students are eligble for placements.TCS ,wipro,cybrosis etc.... they offered many offers for students . for the students they passed all semesters are eligible to apply for placements

Fees and Financial Aid

it's a very good college.it's an aided college.so there's no fee for aided courses.you only have tonpay a small amount of chargeed by the university.But they also providing self finance courses. only college does not provide any scholarship.But we can get scholarships under university and gevernment.

Campus Life

college day,arts day.sports day are the main festivals in college.around thosusands of books available in library, all students are accessile to take them. all class rooms have smart TV its better for smart learning NSS.NCC and other social clubs is available in college.student portal is also available for all students

Admission

the Bsc electronics course is only providing few colleges in kerala(without fees) this college is one of them that's why i choose this college.the admission process is easy to handle it's online.better

Faculty

the facultys are good and supportive.but the exam system is poor. the exam date will be published soon without any prejudice and will not give time to the students to study.it takes a lot of time to issue the certificate after the course

Night Life

small gym room available in college mainly for sports focused students.A ggod cafe is availbale in our college we have lots of areas with big shady trees to spend the evening.Hostel fecility is not available for the college

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
