The college is situated in a good atmosphere. It is near to the airport. The faculties are also with good behavior.

This world is under progress due to various scientific things. Physics also contribute to it. So I choose physics. A lot of students are studying here. Faculties are highly educated having doctorate.

It is an affiliated college under Kannur University. Comparing to private collage fee is less. Also providing scholarships to students who deserve it

Campus Life

Fresher's day, a day for newcomers make the day so memorable for students. This is scheduled in the month of July-august. Union day, the inauguration of the college union. After the month of August. Annual day and arts day are also there.

Academic excellence in a beautiful campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

My favourite subject is biology. I have applied for zoology course but unfortunately there is no seats available at that time, so I chose Botany which is also my favourite. The curriculum is perfect and prepares for real world. More practical sessions are needed. Every 6 months there will be semester exam. Which is not that much tough.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

Try it if you have three years in pocket.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose geography for my graduation because of it was a rare course and only provided by three govt college in Calicut University. It is a good course and it's sub disciplines are very nice to connect with others. Frequency of exams are based on the time duration of finishing the semesters. Usually it's two sem exams in a year and with some other reasons it may get delayed. In course of three years all 6 semesters and it's exams along with project and practical will be finished. Field trip is the main attraction of the course.

Remarks:

Im my time 2011-2014 only the female students had to wear the uniforms. At present uniform is mandatory. I think that was not equality at nobody considered it. No girl protested against that problem.

NAAC accredited with A grade. Reputed institution in the region. One of the best colleges under Kannur University in every aspects. Can reach by Bus or train( a passenger train station is present in a walkable distance). Regular transport available. Close to town area. Renowned NCC sub unit. Produced many talents be it in Academics,sports or arts, To quote one indian international football players CK Vineeth and Shahal Abdul samad were students of Sree Narayana College Kannur. Faculty of physical education was awarded the best physical education faculty award in Kerala State. Has experienced faculties in almost every departments.
