An honest college review about academics , college life and opportunities

So my initial outlook was to choose computer engineering but then I researched about electronics and communication course then i decided to take this course. This course involves both software and hardware.which means it includes coding and hardware that is working on chips.

by the ending of the 6 semester we get eligible for the placementss.the companies that visits are micron ,infoyochips, candence ,etc. Our college helps us a lot in guiding us through the placements .The highest package that was offered was through a off campus to a boy this year of 16 lakh and the lowest you get is 5 lakh from the infyochips. The total percentage of the students in getting a placement is 80%. My plans after gr=etting a degree is to do masters abroad.

The year wise fees that I pay in my college for my BE is 870 Rs .The exam fees per semester is 850rs and the prl money is 250. Being a girl our yearly fees is 870 and for boys its 2370 RS. Also for master of engineering annual tution fees is approx 4500rs.The scholorships offered by LDCE is to SEBC and ST is around 6 lakhs and 4 lakhs respectively.

I am involved in two clubs i.e nss and cybersecurity club. from joining in the nss i have learnt a lot of things. made so my friends who are like family now ,helping other people have always made my day . There are lots of books of different subjects ranging from fiction and non fiction . there are sports events organized everyyear called impulse where tlots of sports are there . lots of clubs are run by students like vox populi, rotract extc.

Earlier I got admitted to vishwakarma college in the same course but then I was admitted to LD College of engineering. although i was getting a seat in nirma college but I decided to be in ld. In my college which is a government college thus it get admission through Gujarat board exams and gujcet. The criteria is under 4000 rank and the cutoff for my course is under 4500.

The faculty to student ratio is quit good .The faculty out there are quite friendly and helpful. They are out there who actually helps the students to come out of their comfort zone and challenges them to do a better version of them.They are quite approach towards everybody out there and some are also quite a lot educated while some holding a phd degree

my fav hangout spots is rabdi. after our day of classes we all go to rabdi which is a tea spot to chill abit around realesing our all stress. there are two public area closing one called hostel gate and main gate. The hostel timings for girls is 8 pm and the campus timings are 10 30 to 515. The outside college hangout spots are toritos ,hl food ,cept food stalls , amdavad ni gufa , to name a few. Whole college is safe to roam around at night.
