My college

Remarks i just don't like to stay on any side i prefer to stay neutral because you know from a place like proddatur we just don't have many facilities and our college gives an ample amount of facilities comparing to other colleges in our locality.

The exam structure is similar like all the JNTU affiliated colleges. The course curriculum is great but the curriculum only concentrates on theoretical knowledge and you have to sit in your classes every day and the normal classes which you have to attend every day.

My college do not provide any internship as most of the JNTU affiliated colleges don't have such things, we have to do our projects and to do a internship you have to make it at your own risk because you need to have an attendance of 75 to write the end semester examination and coming to placement it isn't quite good to say because they'll just send us mails regarding where the interview are being held not much like a placements i would call.

Events a lot of events are celebrated in our college every year from traditional to technical many fest are celebrated like the college day , freshers day, and many traditional days are celebrated you might not know the names because they are local Telugu names so, i haven't mentioned their names. Regarding technical fests, a great deal of days are celebrated in our college but not every year they conduct national technical symposium and other sports related fests. Recently in the month of March 2019, the inter college university level sports meet is conducted in our college "jntua sports meet 2k19".

It's very cheap considering the posh colleges in various cities and it's because it's located in a rural area. You get the fee reimbursement from the state government (up to ?35000) per year and rtf fee of ?600 every month for economically backward castes and the reserved castes. All these are provided by the state government but not the college management.

The scholarship are not provided by our college management, bit instead the State Government provides fee reimbursement of ?35000 and scholarship for economically backward students ?600 every month( ?35000 will be directly credited to college bank account and the ?600 every month will be credited to the student bank account , the account which they provide during the councilling process.

Our college provides great labs( comparing to other colleges in our locality but not with the colleges in many cities) we have a great deal of machines including lathes, milling machines, cutting machines, welding, utm, slotting, drilling and various machines for mechanical engineering students. For other branches the college provides great infrastructure. Sports is also concentrated and various extra curricular are also provided and encouraged.

The hostel isn't that good it would be like you have joined in a high school hostel but not like a engineering college hostel, the fee is about 45k per year and the food top isn't that great, there's a seperate canteen for all the college students, i meant for the day scholars

Actually it depends on if you maintain a good connection with your seniors they'll help you and the alumni placed in various companies are quite helpful, any information regarding the interview are sent by them.

After my intermediate examination i wrote EAMCET-2015 and got a rank of 79000 and then gone with this rank for getting a seat. The further procedure continued by verifying my certificate by the EAMCET board and then the councilling process continues, i have selected few colleges which like to get admitted and then i finally got my seat in vbit- mechanical.

My faculty is great to say but as they say everything is never perfect, as i said they theoretical knowledge so they can help you in solving many problems, the problem arises when it practical one rather than a theoretical one.
