Course Curriculum Overview

5

1.) The curriculum is really well developed it incorporates all the latest technologies such as nanobiotechnology, precision medicine and various core subjects that are needed to understand the subject. 2.) The teaching and the curriculum are absolutely perfect and I don't find an area that requires changes.) 3.) The exams are usually conducted every 30 Days and the difficulty is high enough also the strictness during exams is very high no chance for cheating.

Internships Opportunities

5

1.) The university has signed a lot of MoUs that allow students to do paid internships in well-reputed startups and big tech giants. 2.) Even the professors help us get internships by giving industrially relevant persons so that we can contact them and secure our internship. 3.) College also has an International internship programme called IAESTE that sends around 30 students abroad for paid Internship.

Placement Experience

5

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Fees and Financial Aid

1.) I have to pay around 1,30,000 per semester as total of tuition, hostel and mess fees. 2.) But if you have more than 90% in your class 12th then you get your fees reduced by around 50% which makes it a total of 67,000 per semester.

Campus Life

4

1.) There are a lot of clubs and organizations in the college with quite a lot of real-life corporate experience. 2.) The college has one of the biggest libraries having almost all the books that you would require. 3.) The college has one of the best Computer science facilities.

Hostel Facilities

4

1.) There hardly or rarely any PGs near this area even the university doesn't promotes them. 2.) The hostel life is great with good friends even though the rules are quite strict. 3.) Hostel food overall is good and eatable on most of the days.

Admission

1.) As I was a NEET aspirant and didn't get into a government medical college I decided to pursue biotechnology. 2.) And by the time NEET 2022 results came most of the admissions were done and this was the only college that wasn't asking for any kind of donations and also providing me with scholarships that is why I took this college.

Faculty

5

1.) The College has some of the best faculty members as they are very well-qualified and have wast experience in the subjects they teach. 2.) About the exam pattern we have 3 Internal exams (IA) which are for 40 marks each and 1 End sem exam which is for 100 Marks. 3.) Around one faculty handles a class of 40-45 students.

Interview Experience

5

1.) There was one online exam before joining the college rest I didn't have to go through any kind of test or GD rounds to take the admission. 2.) But the admission process is quite easy just submit the required documents and pay the fees and done.

Placement Experience:

Placement is excellent. From the third year itself, you will be getting ready for your placements by preparing the resume and placement coordinators will practice you by a model interview, this will give you an idea of presenting yourself and also they will provide the feedback on your performance to improve your skills. In my IT department, Half of them got placed, some entrepreneurs, some pursuing higher studies in abroad (US, France, Australia, London). Generally, 7.5 CGPA and above with nil number of arrears allowed for all placements. but some companies will mention the eligibility criteria for the job role. Maximum companies will not allow more than 2 arrears but if the company says arrears, not an issue you will be allowed for the drive. 3 rounds: 1. Aptitude- to check the mathematical skills 2. Group Discussion- To check the communication skills 3. Technical round/personal interview- To check your technical skills like coding(dept wise) and your personality. The resume speaks the most.

I did not chose this college. It was my father's decision to get my admission in this college because my relatives also got graduated from this college. The college is good and the fees is affordable.
