Know the Fact

Our curriculum is designed in such a way that we have labs eveyday and we all have labs for minimum of 2 hours where we can Mostly do our practical work . As I have opted for btech in computer science and engineering we mostly do things on our laptop and the teachers prefer to make us understand though the smart board and tell us bring our laptops in our theory class as well which makes us easy to learn . The frequency and timing of exams is perfect as the mid semester exams are usually held after completion of 1 month of our semester and the our practical exams are held 1 week before our end semester. The main thing where they need to improve is in teaching and classess as all of our class does not have the smart boards .

The companies for Btech that offer placement are : Byjus Amazon Microsoft Infosys Are some of the great companies that visit our university every year . The projects offered here are in 7th and 8th semester.

The companies that visit for placement are some of the great companies like byjus , Amazon, Infosys, etc . The highest package of btech student last year was for 22lpa and the average package was for 6-7 lpa . My plans after getting a degree in btech is to persue MBA in some of the specific field as i am eagerly looking for a startup. This year the ratio of percentage of student getting placed was low as per the last year . From semester 6 , students start getting internship and become eligible for campus placements

The Yearly fees for Btech : 137800 for 2023 Admission fees : 10000 which will be later added in our yearly fees. Students who are in ST SC or management they have to pay neral 30000 fees yearly and they get scholarship on the basis of their background. Students with good grades in boards and ACPC too get scholarship.

The campus life over here is vibrant. The annual fest of our college is names as "DHOOM" and the technical fest of our institute is called as hackathon and there are clubs over here that organize some of the events like explorer club . The facilities that our institute provide is the benches of 3 and there is one smart board and one black board. AC classrooms are only for lab lectures. There are multiple sports competition and the university also gives opportunity to play sports on state level.

Hostel facilities that have been provided are : -Ac rooms are available - Regular cleaning is done in our rooms and even washrooms are cleaned and washed everyday -Hot water is only supplied during winter season. - Personal Study Table and One cupboard is given. -Meal is given 3 times a day : Breakfast , Lunch and dinner - In rooms we have been given a QR code that we can scan and register for any complaints regarding the rooms technical or any other issue. Registration process is simple by going to dashboard in admin office we have to just tell our name and the process is all done online. Cash is not acceptable.

I applied to college's such as VIT , SRM and other local college's of gujrat. I gave scholarship exam for vit and SRM in vit i was getting vit bhopal in EC , chemical engineering and in SRM i got a good scholarship and was getting AI in main campus. The admission process for my college was that at the time of admission first they will ask for 10th ,12th and if we have given gujcet exam than that too we have to submit . After that they will ask some questions regarding the field that we are choosing . And than if there are any scholarship that we are getting at the time of councilling that will be applied to the actual fees . The admission fees which we have to pay that at that moment is 10000 which are non refundable

The faculty to student ratio is 1:4 . Student intakes in our couse is so vast . In CSE we have 19 divisions each having 60-65 students . Teachers in our faculty are really helpful and some of them really help us guide in our subject of difficulty. There are in total 4 exams held in a year, per semester 2 exams one is mid sems and another is end sem . Mid sems are for 40 marks but in final marksheet they will count out of 20 only . And end sems are for 60 marks . The exam pattern for end semester exam is divided into 2 parts A and B . A have 30 marks from which there are objectives of 6 marks and same as in other 30 marks. Mid semester exam paper are almost asked from the assignments and other class work. I really liked my physics faculty in my 1st semester as she always helped me out with the subject as I was not that good in the subject and was so friendly her name was Kinjal ma'am . At the time of viva too she explained me few terms . The faculty are mostly good and really helpful.
