Remarks

I don't have any. I have positive experience and remarks only.

Entrance Preview

Delhi University was one my dream.so I choose it. also, it's far from my hometown, they teach me how to survive and how to be an independent personality. I love to travel and explore.so I choose Delhi after my pulse two. I opt ramjas college because of the history of the college and its merit.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is good enough .mine is history it's not only class oriented .all freedom students have to use the library and also free learning systems. its yearly exam system so enough time we have to complete the portions with all enjoyment of college life.

Internships Opportunities

No.it provide for other subjects may be like science for our department there are no internship programs.

Placement Experience

0.5

I don't have many ideas.mine is history. placement and job opportunities are for other departments like BCom, economics etc.internatonal companies will arrive yearly also universities to find good research scholars and more faculties for there institute.

College Events

5

Events and celebrations are a lot.birthday to holy we all enjoy.freshers day,annual day,farewell,alumini meet,merit day,diwali,holy,January 26,college foundation day,election,department day,conferences,new year,Christmas,convocation ceremony etc.all are most enjoyed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not that much expensive .its almost medium. its a central government university so college fee is the very less.the only expense is hostel.but comparatively its low in Delhi. shortly I can say it's. affordable for all.all class income students can join

Fees and Financial Aid

There is .but I don't have many ideas about loan facilities and scholarship s .its more for economically backward student's.

Campus Life

2.5

It is a mixed college. campus life very smooth and enjoyable with lots of funs canteen classes seminar halls audi programmes, international bands etc.college elections I never forget everything will give positive and friendly atmosphere.how a college wants its there.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel facilities are good. both boys and girls hostel are there for our campus. rare colleges in Delhi University have both girls and boys hostel. mess food also good. northern dishes I started from this college mess. student choice is there in mess. also, hostel matron is there.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are helpful and friendly with all areas.college have separate alumni association and meetings regularly.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is an annual base. written pattern.yearly one model exam and university.I am an art student so its subjective in nature .lot to write. also, there is an internal assessment based on assignment and seminar discussions. all subjects will cover based on the syllabus in one year.

Admission

I got admission through merit.in the first cut off list itself I secure my seat in the history department. I filled my application form to Delhi University and I opted the college. after that, I personally appear in college and verify with hostel facility and pay the fees.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are very friendly and cooperative. I am from Kerala language was my main barrier but they helped me to learn the history as a starter not only in the academic field other curricular activities too they promote .they used outside classrooms for free learning.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible to register for campus placements in their 5th Semester (beginning of the 3rd year ). However, the Internship usually starts as early as the 3rd Semester (2nd year), allowing students to secure Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) before their final year even begins .For the 2024-25 cycle, the placement cell reported over 200+ offers from prestigious organizations.? Consulting & Research : McKinsey & Co., Boston Consulting Group (BCG) , Bain & Co., L.E.K. Consulting, and ZS Associates Finance & Banking: DE Shaw, Barclays, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and PwC?Tech & Others: Accenture Strategy, Zomato, Deloitte, EY, and United Airlines. Approximately 60–90% of the students from the Economics and Commerce departments who actively register for placements successfully secure an offer. while the number takes a drastic changd in field of science. My plan is get placements in bank.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a athlete myself i always had a intrest in physical education as it defines key aspects of my career and my body so learning physical education was always in one of my interests the faculty for this is really encouraging and helps in whatever expects i need . Coming to philosophy it defines the way of life and how one should act or live in his or her life so as an athlete learning philosophy was nice aspect for me as it will tell the way how i should act and be in real life , the curriculum also helps me in real world applications the physical education helps me to learn about my body and how to take care of it and how to repair it if a injury happens coming to philosophy it makes me calm and helps in decision making , for me the curriculum is upto date just there once thing that I want to be done is that more practical experience in physical education especially. Per sem there are done 2 exams and there difficulty level is moderate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've choose economics honour as economic was my favorite moreover it can be applied in real that's what makes it more attractive. Economic honour curriculum is nice till I've studied (I've completed 3 sems) , but for real world application college should make some more efforts not just ipcw but DU needs to enhance the syllabus. I'm gonna suggest that teacher should be less oriented towards reading and tells more about real economy and then tell us the concepts so we can understand better. There will always be class test going on in one subject atleast as we've 7 subjects (3 core and 4 additional) but additional subjects are way easy so mostly we focus on core subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course teaches about everyday aspect of economics. The microeconomics theories, the macroeconomic theories, the statistical methods of economics, the econometrics methods, the mathematical methods of economics, international economics, environmental economics, Indian Economic Development theories and everything. All these subjects will help the students to make their way ahead in the field of economics. The curriculum includes the real life applications of the theories which makes the theories relatable for the students. I think curriculum structure should eliminate the extra subjects like VAC or SEC and focus on the core subjects because these extra subjects usually waste the time of the students which they can contribute in their core subjects. I think the schedule of the exams cancelled be made better.

Students in the 3rd year onwards are eligible for placements. Organizations like Bain and Accenture Strategy have frequent intakes from the college with several students getting offers every year. The Placement and Internship cell play an important part in these placement drives.
