Dislikes
- There is no hostel for male students. 4th year are only given hostel
- Connectivity from the main city is not proper.
- Canteen is closed. So there is no food within the campus.you have to buy from outside
Course Curriculum Overview
Cse has recent market demand that's the reason to chose it Recent curriculum does not prepare you for real-world applications or further academic pursuits . We have to do it alone Real world projects would help Difficulty level is above moderate but not hard.
Internships Opportunities
No companies offered on-campus internship . We were asked to contact by ourselves for internships. Since we are in 2nd sem students we don't have projects till now. But will try to make one within this year
Placement Experience
4th semester students are eligible for campus placements Tcs Infosys and many more Highest package is 48 lpa . Average is 6lpa 60% students got placed this year My are for higher studies by giving gate exam
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no such hike in tuition fee Tuition fee for whole degree is 48 thousand. Svmcm is available it gives 60k I have not yet got any stipends since I'm in 1st year ready to get promoted to 2nd year
Campus Life
Annual fest name is esperanza and tech fest name is prajukti they are held in may very less books are in library .only subject books are kept there wifi , projectors are provided within the classroom and cc tv for security sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus such as cricket football, basket ball students manage their social works with their academic works
Admission
Westbengal joint entrance exam is the only way to get in. Cgec.org.in website provides all the information about application form, application fees, and application dates I've not availed any reservation but there is reservation for st sc obc and domicile of state Exam difficulty is moderate Admission process is fine no need for change
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is very bad. There are only few permanent professors here and most of the time guest professors are invited to take class. However the professors teaching here are doing well. They guide very well Professors are easily intractable
