Likes

The study is good enough in the college and the professors are very helpful.
The sports and study environment here is quite good. There is an annual sports competition which I like very much
There is a hostel arrangement for the students of the college. There are also different types of intercepts which I really like.

Dislikes

Lack of adequate provision in the college cannot protect the students.
Like our college has politics which I don't like at all politics inside college is very bad it disturbs students studies
Classes are not held properly and there is a shortage of professors in the college

I like chemistry subject very much. I am admitted doing this for him. There are about twenty students in our class. It is a three year long course. Our department has 60 well qualified professors .

Class Size: 13Course Fees: INR 1450 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1420 rupees is charged for each semester exam fee. We get Swami Vivekananda Scholarship and Oasis Scholarship while studying in this college. Since only UG students are taught here, there is no placement here.

Campus Life

Our campus is big enough, there are fields for sports, gardens and charming environment of our college. Also there are fruit trees of different seasons such as mango trees and jam trees.There are chairs and tables for sitting

Admission

80 percent marks are required to get admission in our college, after that the admission project goes on based on various merit lists. Also entrance exam is conducted.After that, college admission is taken within 30 days. The admission process is quite difficult.

Cirrculam is more theoritical just. There is negligible practical life lessons. Just like normal college, u study just to get degree. The whole cirriculam should be improved. Examination is held only once - midsems, endsems thats all.

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.
