IIT Gandhinagar Review

We all know how difficult is in India to complete studies from the best universities of the country as their cutoff is also very high but I wanted to start my B.Tech journey from the IIT college only so that I can get good career growth. I have to work very hard in my academics as well as for JEE and my hard work paid me off I was able to clear the cutoff eligibility criteria of one of the top institutes of India IIT Gandhi Nagar. As soon as I was allotted the seat in the college I immediately moved forward with the college admission process.

The curriculum of the program is very flexible and the B.Tech is the flagship course of the college. We have full freedom to take extra courses if we want as per our interest. The curriculum of the program completely gives us an insight into the complete engineering process and help us to understand each and every engineering concept in every minor detail as possible. The faculty plays a very important role in the curriculum as their teaching methods are very good and simple. Their methods are a combination of traditional and modern teaching techniques mean they also teach us through lectures, presentation, simulation activity and many more. The faculty are not only of PhD level but they have great industrial and research work experience and they regularly share their experience with us.

The college provides us with good internship opportunities. The internship is one of the good learning methods for us which help us to implement our knowledge in the real corporate world. Our details are registered with the college placement committee and they help us to select companies as per our domain for internship. The average stipend for the internship is around 62k.

We should not doubt the placement offers of IITs as IITS are one of the top institutes of India in terms of producing the best engineers mind and helping them to have good packages. The college placement committee plays a very important role in the college placement rounds. As all the responsibility for conduction of placement is on the shoulders of the placement committee. The committee is always successful in attracting good companies and they guide us throughout the college placement rounds. The highest package for our batch was approx 34 LPA and the average salary package was around 11 LPA.

The college complete course fee is around 8.50 lakh and the college also provides good placement offers and the return on investment is very good. The college hostel is very good. The rooms are available on sharing basis. The hostel rooms have beds, almirahs and study table is also available for every one of us. The hostel campus has high-speed WiFi connectivity for the internet. The hostel mess food is very good in taste, healthy and hygienic. The hostel warden and staff is very cooperative and friendly and because of the hostel staff, the hostel decorum is very well maintained. The hostel has all types of facilities for us.
