Remarks

The infrastructure of the college is not great. There are porta cabins for classes. New building has been sanctioned to come up but the work has not started as of yet. The facilities are very poor. The students are not motivated enough with very little growth opportunities in college.

Entrance Preview

I did not have to go through any entrance examination. My admission was solely on the basis of 12th class merit. The admission process was was fairly simple. I was told to bring all the needed documents i.e. 12th class marksheet date of birth certificate chartacter certificate from school. The college authorities scrutinized my result and as i was part of the cut off list and i was given my admission to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The course curriculum for me was fairly simple. Challenging on a very basic level. The course is wide and has a lot of diversity spread over 6 semesters.

Internships Opportunities

There is no college internship experience available at my college. But i did easily go for a lot of summer and winter internships as well as doing long term from home internships gaining me a lot of experience. These interships did not aw a great stipend though but a lot of experience.

Placement Experience

2.5

The placement and job opportunities in my college ar not that great. Though we do have great companies coming over there are no very big companies or multi national companies that visit our campus. There are local firms offering jobs equivalent to standards for the course but with little growth opportunities.

College Events

1.5

There are a lot of college events. There are events for every society there is in the college. 2 big events of the college are the fests conducted by the commerce faculty as well as the main fest of the college. It is a great 2-3 day events with a lot of fun and frolic. These events are very big with a lot of coverage. There are a lot of workshops related to various courses they all are moderately big events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is simple and very feasible for students from all walks of lives. I paid 10000 for 2nd year which is very feasible as compared to other college infact almost every DU college is fairly affordable.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no good scholarships or loan facility i am aware of in the college. There is no support from the college so that the students can pursue further studies.

Campus Life

1.5

The gender ratio is particularly okay with equal no of both the sexes. The students have their own chilling scenes with a lot of party places around the college. There are technical workshops for students where experts come up and students have been heard to gain a lot. Labs are under equipped in my opinion and sports facilities are underdeveloped as well. Economic status of the studentsin the college is lower middle class with few rich students.

Hostel Facilities

2

There are no hostel facility in my college. It is a day college with no boarding facilities. Students have to live in PG's which have differential rents depending on the location and standard of the property as well as the facilti provided for a good facility with AC and food it can cost the students 8000-10000 rs around kalkaji and nehru place.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network available i personally have had very less experience with seniors and none with the college alumni's. There is no mechanism for interaction between students of different courses and years.

Exam Structure

Exam structure of the college is very chilled out with the college following DU semester system. The internal examinations are fairly simple leaving students with a lot time to have fun.

Faculty

2

The faculty of the college is not that good. They are not helpful to students. They are not punctual to the classes. There is a lot of red tapism in the faculty. There is a need for good training for the faculty memebers.
