Remarks
The admission process is not so difficult. Just you give the jee mains exam and go to the JOSSA official site and council yourself through which you will get a seat allotment letter if you didn't get due to some problems like lack of marks then you just wait for the spot round.
Course Curriculum Overview
The student Ratio is very less here as it is a newly established college and it has a temporary campus. You like most of the National Institute of Technology, Sikkim. Teachers are good, they are having a good helping nature. I am very happy to get admission in nit Sikkim.
Internships Opportunities
There are lots of companies that came to give the internships with stipends like amazon, google, Microsoft, logicboots, almabetter etc. You can also try for internships from outsides but you to inform the college before you start internships outside from NIT Sikkim.
Placement Experience
The placement facility is good for NIT Sikkim. but there is no good for civil and mechanical students. Except for civil and mechanical departments all the branches are good in terms of placement and internships. There are lots of tech companies that came for selections of students. 90 % of students are selected every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
As NIT Sikkim is a government college so fees of this college are not so expensive. almost 4 lakh you have to spend for 4 years including hostel, mess and rest of all the benefits. There are no problems in campus jobs lots of companies came to give the opportunities to the students for a better future.
Campus Life
There are a lot of fests celebrating here like Udgam, Abhiyantram and so on, there are many books available in the library you can also find the best services in the library of nit Sikkim. In NIT Sikkim there is a cricket ground, badminton court for the students of NIT Sikkim. there is also wifi facility for students of NIT Sikkim.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel of NIT Sikkim is not good. you will not find good foods here. sometimes in winter, there is a shortage of water also but In NIT Sikkim you will enjoy the weather and the view of kanchanjanga peak. The mess committee will decide the foods made on all the days of the week.
