Remarks
I applied for many colleges in the city like Narayanamma College and BVRIT College. Since I got into this college with state entrance test. The process is quite easy since it comes straight from the government. I availed the BC-C quota for my state entrance test. The age bar was 18-20 years only. The minimum passing percentage was 50%. The admission process was quite smooth which also included a campus tour. All the admission process was done online.
Course Curriculum Overview
this college is affiliated with JNTUH. So, this college follows the curriculum which is given by JNTUH. JNTUH curriculum is the most reliable and trusted one in Hyderabad. the faculty ratio is 1:60 which is pretty standard. All the faculty are experienced both in teaching and the industry and keep updating themselves with the latest trends and patterns. Teaching methods are quite modern and meet today's standards. understandable and clear and concise.
Internships Opportunities
There are endless internship opportunities that are available in this college. internships start from 1st year and can gain a lot of experience industry wise. The main portal for internships is Internshala which is used by the entire campus for internships and have gained a lot of experience over time.
Placement Experience
80% of the students have placements in the college. 50% of them get a higher stipend. Students from the 4th year are eligible for campus placements. The highest package is 6-7L and the lowest is 1-2L. Many locals companies and startups have visited the college and bigger companies as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no fee hike in the past 2 years. Since this is also not a private college it follows the norms given by the government and thus provides a lot of student assistance. I have not applied for any type of Scholarship as I am not in need and not eligible for any of the scholarships.
Campus Life
Recently there was a Tech Fest which was hosted by the college called BROCOMANIA which lasted for a month and covered 5 topics in total. The library is fully stocked with the books needed for all the courses available on the campus. It is very accessible and reliable. All the classrooms are equipped with smart technology and have projectors and good ventilation. Sports are given a lot of priority on the campus and have made a mark in the city. Badminton, Chess, Volleyball and Kabaddi are the main games which are constantly played. There is a campus radio which is run by the students and many clubs which can be joined as well.
