Remarks

I have only applied for this college and got admission in Zoology Hons. course, .i did not avail any quota for admission. .admission criteria: there was a specific minimum cutoff for our course i.e83percent in four subjects .and there was no age limit to get admission in the undergraduate course. .for admission we went to the college and filled the application form which included application form, personal information, etc. then we went to different professor to get the signature done in the form and admission payment was done through online mode as we got an option of payment o on our registered number after2-3 hour. then on the first day, there was a counseling day where professors of our course-related subject and principal sir guided us about our course, facilities provided, about different socities etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course(bsc. Hons. zoology) because most of the college provides this couse so it will be easier to get a job in teaching in this field, the student was 37 approx (in our course there are more girls than boys ) most of the course professor have done phd. and a few of them are MSc graduates. their teaching method is superb and they make everything crystal clear .every concept is well explained by our respective subject teachers. within 6 months there is a term exam and it is set to moderate with options also.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no study cost they only take 1610 rupee per year for exam fee .as swami shraddhanand college is under delhi university which is a government university hence there is only admssision fee taken and exam fee which is payed online . there was no scholarship and job that i got as our college do not provide this.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. Exams are usually moderate to difficult because questions are concept?based, but the pattern is fair and gives weightage to assignments, tutorials and attendance. Overall, the course is quite comprehensive and relevant for careers in teaching, analytics, government exams and higher academics, though adding more practical projects, programming and real?life modelling could make it even more industry?oriented

Placement Experience:

Actually, when we entered in a college, we saw the placement portal of the college. It showed like eight or nine l p of average package, and we were like quite delighted, like we can secure that placement.Even our professors also motivated us for placements. But actually seniors told us about the placements scenario of the college. The reality is that only three or four courses actually get placed.Even those three or four courses less than thirty forty max, fifty percent students get placed. This is the.Reality of placement system talking about internship. Most of the people seek for off campus, internship opportunities and to be honest, my career plans are currently are aligned with either preparing for cat and then getting an I.M or preparing for a government job like I b p s bank pure s b I pu

The top national International companies highest package was 23,00,000 per annum. Average packet package of nine lakh per annum, medium package of 8.4,00,000 per Anum and total offers over 200 by a large percentage of students from B. Commerce and economics department receive placement. A smaller percentage of mathematic owners. Students typically opt for campus placements as many pursue masters, decrease or other competitive exams. The highest package specifically for BSC in mathematics is around 14 to 13,00,000 per annum. The placement rate for the specific course can be lower than others around 20% to 40% as many students pursue higher studies. Example MSc from IITs or via JAM examination for MBA. Top companies from various sector specifically consulting and finance visit the campus. Major equators are DeloitteKPMGEYPWC action. Your HCL, BYJU'S ZS Associates been and Company DE Shaw, United airlines and ICICI Bank. Common roles include data analysis, aerial science, quantitative finance, operations, research analysis, and various consulting and finance related positions. My plans after completing BSC honours in mathematics, popular career parts include pursuing a masters degree MBA or preparing for government exams like civil services
