Remarks

I chose UCMS college as it is DELHI and one of the best. I like dermatology as it deals with diseases of skin. I thought it would be only about scabies and pediculosis but seems there is a lot more to this subject. It is a beautiful subject

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is for 3 years if you donot fail in final exams. We read Hapleys book mainly. Thesis is based on our interest in a particular disorder. Seniors are really helpful It would have been so difficult to adapt without seniors guiding and helpung us at every possible steo.

Course Fees: INR 92000 per year

Placement Experience

There are no companies coming for placement in medical field. We just find a job in any hospital or open a clinic of our own

College Events

We do hangout in local canteen. It has amazing momos and spring roll. Samosa is not that cool though. LOL. we go on outings with colleagues to nearby dhabas. Campus is a nice place and a delight to watch. Library is serene and spacious.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

They are extremely hardworking, and they go out of their way to give us a lot of exposure by taking us to the supreme court, high court, Dwarka district court, parliament, and other places. They frequently have several sessions with honorable justices from various courts. Our teachers put in a lot of effort and try their hardest to keep our standards to NLUs when it comes to organizing MUNS to national moot court competition.

Admission process- first u need to fill NEET entrance exam form. After the exam waits for the result. According to your rank and marks, you will get college in counseling that is online counseling after this you need to report to your allotted college in counseling. If you get UCMS At college they will provide a file in which all required documents will mention. You will need to complete all mentioned documents under-reporting time. After this document verification, the admission procedure will be complete. Cut off: general 660 Obc 630 SC 560 Eligibility: you should pass 12th class in the science stream with Biology. And you need to score well in the next exam so you will get a good rank because according to your rank you will get college.
