Course Curriculum Overview

5

Academics is great and the labs are well maintained. All the pgs, Srs and professors are helpful. Projectors are there for teaching purposes. Exams held on weekly/monthly basis for better understanding of subjects and preparation of final examination.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees per year is around 10,000-15,000 for the general category students. For reserved categories it's between 5,000-10,000/yr. This doesn't include the hostel and mess facilities. Hostel fees is around 30k-40k/yr.

Campus Life

5

Avalanche and ripple are the intra college and inter college fests respectively. And both the fests are awesome with great activities and fun event. Star night and dj nights also occur during these fests. Library is well maintained and all the types of books and journals are available. Sports events like arena also occur once in a year. Many societies are there for singing, dancing, art work purposes.

Admission

One has to give NEET UG exam to get admission in this college. This is one of the most prestige medical college of delhi. I chose this college due to its brand value (Delhi University) and academics. Campus is very beautiful too.

Faculty

5

All the faculty members (especially the first and second year) are very knowledgeable and approachable. They try their best to make things clear both in classes and labs. Mini tests help students to overcome the fear of grand vivas and semester exams. Overall the academics is great.

Night Life

5

Campus is beautiful, one can spend time with friends by just hanging around the campus. Reading room is available 24/7. Gym facility and common room is there. Many cafes are available locally that one can explore.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum suggesteg by the national medical council is strictly followed in the Lady Hardinge Medical College and hospital and the curriculum is quite student friendly The clinical postings start from the decision year itself which makes your interest for the subject grow even more . Your final year subjects also start from the second year itself. What I'll like to suggest is there must be more if small group discussions and interactive sessions. The exams are moderately difficult. There are two term examination , one sent ups and then finally one professional examinations ( finals) each year . You need to get through all to reach the final year
