Remarks

As it is government college,I took admission in this college under non local quota. The college has good infrastructure and college premises are good.No other choice to take other college.The hostel is too near to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

BDS course is okay,but will have more practical work. faculties are good, Academics -okay.curriculum-okay.our syllabus will b up to date.All departments faculties are good.nd understanding.If we are good our work bds is good

Internships Opportunities

1 year internship, Stipend will be around 19k per month.

Placement Experience

We can work in other clinics after our degrees or else we can prepare for pg entrance and get a seat and continue or else we can do diploma,mba etc.

College Events

We have college day for about 2 months.They have conducted sports,Finearts,culturals,Many competition.We all enjoyed well. friendly staff.Prize distribution for every event.loved them.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship available for students for OC,BC's,Sc and ST, other than parents who are doing government jobs and parents having more income.

Campus Life

Wifi there but not for students,Library size is not too big or not too small,it is moderate,labs equipment is good, College surroundings are too good with awesome nature, mountains, weather.loved it when raining

Hostel Facilities

It is government hostel with 2 floors building backside of the college building.Separate rooms will b there.and Mess food is good with reasonable fee for food.but bathrooms are not too good, should improve.

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

No , I didn't opt for any other college. The process of getting admission is - Score good marks in NEET UG exam after completing your 12th from a recognized board. Register for JCECEB counselling . I applied for other colleges as well like ipgmer kolkata and Aiims but due to their high cutoff,i didn't get the one and among the state college i choose rims because its very close to my hometown and top medical college of our state,it have very low admission fees and you can complete your entire mbbs below 50 k. Life at Dental Institute, RIMS

Being the only government college in Jharkhand to offer Bachelors in Dental Surgery is the biggest of all the pros for RIMS. It is more difficult to get into RIMS than other colleges as there is more competition and allotment is via ranks obtained in NEET examination. I could easily make it to other colleges because I scored good marks.
