Remarks

NSIBM is the first thing that came to mind when I started looking for a retail management course and one of the reasons for this could be the geographical proximity of the institute since it was pretty close to my house. The constant assistance we got from the faculty members served on top of a top-notch infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was specifically aimed at tricks and techniques for managing agriculture business in its entirety. We learned about agri-business form a commercial perspective, especially the ways to improve the productivity of agricultural quality in India.

Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Placement Experience

For the recent batch, the maximum CTC offered stood at Rs. 6 LPA and average CTC at Rs. 3 LPA. Some of the companies which visit our institute throughout the year are HDFC Bank, Idea Cellular Services, IndusInd Bank, Jindal Steel, Johnson Johnson, and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My annual fee for my MBA was around 130,000 which was pretty feasible. Yet with the amount of return you get after completion of the course is immense. Other than that the day-to-day expenditure was pretty feasible here.

Admission

Admissions are provided on the basis of class 12 marks and graduation marks. I applied for the MBA program at our institute. I received a call from the institute for the interview round. It all went smoothly.

Our faculty was extremely qualified and talented. They all had a lot of experience in the agriculture sector. They were pretty helpful throughout our course. The practical classes and field visits were where actually learning happened.

Placement Experience:

For eligibility for campus placement you have to be in 5th semester in college and there should be no back paper pending and all exam have to be clear, with good sgpa such as 8.0 or above or minimum 7.6sgpa in every semester, there is more than 10 companies visit every year for campus placement and offers average package of 3.1lpa and highest package is more than 5lpa . You can also apply for offcamus placement and get placement if you are from Cse, electrical branch. In Gp Adityapur there is 100% placement in mechanical engineering branch, those who don't what placement and what to persue higher education they don't applying for the campus placement or any placement, so companies are there to recruit if you are a good candidate such as no back in any paper, having good sgpa so you can easily get placed.

students get placemetns from the 5th semester and are also give training for a month. more company enter my college like tata ,mahindra, honda and etc. if you have good marks in you six semester and you answer the questions correctly , the company may offer you a high package,and you can also demand you package. for mechanical engineers 100%,electrical engineers 75%and other branch68%. i will work in the company after getting the degree

Life in NSU

Placement Experience:

Students can get placement from there 5th semester and if they perform well in the company they get internship they will get placement in there only. Many companies visits but some famous companies are Reliance, Byju's, Ujjivan,Justdial, Tcs and mamy more. Planetspark is the company which gave highest package of 8lac rs to a student. Student without backlog gets placement easily. I am planning to do a job and save some mony and do my pg so that i could get better opportunities in jobs.

Remarks:

It's one of the best college to do your MBA from. Also the stream which I have chosen is Rural Management and XISS is one of the top colleges to offer this course. The placement (as of last year) was 100% and very good companies are the the recruiters.

Life in NSU

I choosed NSU jamshedpur mainly because of its fees structure. I applied for many colleges but non of them were giving me worth as of NSU. NSU provide s free bus to all students and its fees structure is also very good so that will help me save some money and time.
