Remarks

It had great placement history and provided a decent study atmosphere. This college has a good disciplinary protocol and other required facilities for future help in the selected stream. The college is in corporate are with no disturbance in the environment.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was somewhat similar to what it has been for years for BCA grads and teachers were pretty decent. Now the circumstances has evolved a bit and teachers are not that well apart from few. The college doesn't have technical support system for grooming of engineers technical skills.

This college is the best in terms of placement and provide placements of companies like TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, etc.

The college provide good tech-fest but other events are not satisfying and are very average. Sometimes it is appropriate to not attend for the sake of your own creativity, cause attending might give you the wrong idea that fests are something where you go not to enjoy but to show decipline.

Campus Life

In rating the campus. it is good for study but not that comfortable it has equipment but cafeteria and architecture is not to the satisfactory.

The hustles and joys of a college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because of the Media and the lab facility, and my desire to understand the entire course in journalism and mass communication. The course that I took gave a bit more theoretical aspects rather than the practical ones. The practical ones were a bit less compared to theory ones. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to encourage more assignments and provide more internship facilities to the students. The frequency of the exams for me was okay, and it was moderate, not difficult.

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

If you want to join ths college you have give IEMJEE (their own admission exam) or through WBJEE Exam. But don't worry pal half of it's admission is done by management quota and rest of the seat is seal by external broker.
