Remarks
Well, this college is good in terms of studies, sports and other co-curricular activities. The teachers are very good and supporting. This is one such good DU college in West Delhi, so a person who hates travelling long distance and wants to utilize the time somewhere else, then it's a good option to go.
Course Curriculum Overview
SPM(Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college for Women) follows CBCS which is followed by all DU colleges(same curriculum all over). The academics is very good. The syllabus is not too hectic nor too easy. I would say it's appropriate.
Placement Experience
It is good. The placement cell is very helpful. But the placement cell xan help you in finding good internships. Well, they are very supporting and understanding. Plenty of job opportunities are provided by them now.
College Events
The campus life is amazing! You can have enjoy one of the best of your college life here. There are like plenty of event in a year and in a 3 or 4 year program, you get to attend a hell alot of them. And trust me while leaving the college you will definitely miss this. There's sports day, fresher's party, farewell party, fest-which is one of the bast part of all DU colleges, elections-its great fun too! and many more.
Campus Life
3 years ago, the campus had only one building. But now another one called as NEW BUILDING has been added. The new building is very clean, ventilated & can have the capacity of approx. 70-80 students at a time in one class. So now the infrastructure has improved alot. Toilets in new building are pretty clean but in the old building, they are still dirty :( in a nutshell, the college is working on improving the infrastructure which is great!
