My Experience In Voorhees College

I am very glad that I chose Voorhees College to do my graduation in English. I love the infrastructure along with other facilities this college offers each of its students. Overall I am having a great time studying in this college.

The course structure is divided into 6 semesters in total three years which is pretty unique. And it covers all the latest updates that came out in recent years. Additionally, I can assure you that passing out from this college would make me land on a prospective future.

Well, there is nothing like an internship or placement in our college. If one wants to learn we can definitely seek out to our teachers. Additionally, passing out from this renowned institution will help you make a bright future. So getting a job as soon as you graduate is simple.

Studying in this oldest institution in Tamil Nadu is a matter of honour. However, I feel that the fee structure is a bit expensive. Though the course gets divided into semesters, still spending Rs. 84,000 on English honours program is expensive.

Yes, there is scholarship available to the students who are studying under government quota. However, the regular students do not get such opportunities. Another great thing is that my college offers free bus pass along with a train pass to the students who belong from other states.

Talking about extracurricular activities, I enjoy each of the initiatives my institution takes. The arrangements are great and sufficient to bring a smooth change to the monotonous regular schedules. Activities such as dengue awareness camp, Pongal celebration to Christmas celebration everything takes place here making each of the students happy.

After I gave my 12th I applied for this college. The minimum marks to apply for this institution is 50%. And since I secured pretty decent marks in my boards getting admission became easy. Additionally, the SC and ST students get some cut off relaxation in the minimum marks parameters.

The faculty in this college are some of the excellent personalities to get guidance from. Yes, they teach us with full enthusiasm hence getting bored in class is out of the question. They help me out whenever I face a problem with my subject.
