Its a world class College worth studying and spending some awesome time alongside learning in the campus. The campus is awesomely built and the infrastructure is so nice. Barring some faculties, others are good aand make the concept clear. I would highly recommend you this college if you're from Gujarat.

As happens in generally all colleges, first year was complete waste with subjects of all streams hanging around. It would leave you wondering for opting out of engineering. But the 2nd year comes in as a twist. You start liking the subjects of your field and then the course structure over here is also very nice. Exams here comes up every 2- 3 months which is quite normal and there is no burden of studies at all.

The first branch is passing out this year, so no such information is yet opened up by the college. This year, till date approximately 60- 70% students are placed with an average package of aroung 6- 7 lakhs.

The technical event of PDPU is tesseract and it leaves you thinking more and more about technology and its advancements. It provides you great opportunities to showcase your technical skills to the outside world. The other two events, Flare and the flagship Petrocup are two major events taking place over the year.

Very expensive. It was 2,20,000 per year when I got admitted whereas now it might be 240000 - 250000. Scholarships provided are are handsome and could be availed from the second year. The top 7 merit cum means scholarship is an example wherein the student gets a scholarship of half the annual fee.

As mentioned above, I have successfully availed the merit cum means scholarship after securing in top 7 of the first year results. moreover other scholarships are also available wherein the student gets full tuition fee waiver if he has a particular rank in jee.

The main field where PDPU excels is sports. The team of PDPU in each and every sports is awesome and provides a ton of opportunity for the students to represent themselves at a higher district and state level.

The junior senior interaction of our batch is not that productive I must say. Though interactions do happen, somewhere they are not helpful and not friendly. But, on the other hand they have never tried to rag any junior and always supported us.

I got the admission through ACPC admission process(through board exams). The admission in PDPU was through two processes one as mentioned earlier and the second through all - india category (through jee mains). Moreover other than these two, Certain nrI seats are also available.

Starting with the qualifications, most of the faculties here are PhD or PhD undergoing. But at the same time, hardly 3- 4 are actually great teachers who indulge you complete in their subject. Most of the other teachers are quite average.
