Remarks

No positive and negative remarks. It is a college like atbors but ruural trasportation option is not so good. Peple usauall depend on parellel service by jeeps. Bus services are not fo enough. College have their own buses.

All affiliated to University of calicut. Curriculum by calicut University. Examination also by calicut. Every year have one public exam. Final exam is on last year. This is a 3 year course with strength of 40 students.

No placement under college it is your responsibility to find out the job. No campus interview. Only they give path no campus interview. No placement cell. If you need placement you can find it.

As per calicut university schedule, College day, Election, Departmental programmes. Seminars and study classes, Industrial visit in every year. Natural club. NSS camp, sports day, koottathall day and many more.

Feasible fees tructurr. You can also apply for some consideration by schoolership. Itcost 20-30k for one semester. Total 6 semester. Can also apply for scholership.

Nri scholership. Ypu can apply for nri scholer ship. And you can also aply for study loan or educational loan for any nationalised bank with intrest rate of 12-14 percent.

Campus Life

They have sports stidy tour arts day social work NSS and many more. It is good in this college. They have many extara curricular activities. They suppprt football. Sports. And they give extra concentration to every people to enhanve.

Hostel Facilities

I didnt opted for hostel. But it is not good. It is expensive and i dont know know the condition of staying 8n hostel.

No comment, they are no official alumini meet. In featire may be go for alumini meet in each and every departmet like bcom computer sciene westa asian studies malayam english.

Admission

Apply as per University notification. They will select by merit, can apply for management quota also. You can get community benefit. It is a self financial cource. You can get admission in management quota with dination.

Faculty

All are best and good. Have own department lab with experienced faculty members. Have good library of offline and online. Biochemistry faculty have more than 10members having one department head 3 class tutor.

Academic excellence in a beautiful campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

My favourite subject is biology. I have applied for zoology course but unfortunately there is no seats available at that time, so I chose Botany which is also my favourite. The curriculum is perfect and prepares for real world. More practical sessions are needed. Every 6 months there will be semester exam. Which is not that much tough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose geography for my graduation because of it was a rare course and only provided by three govt college in Calicut University. It is a good course and it's sub disciplines are very nice to connect with others. Frequency of exams are based on the time duration of finishing the semesters. Usually it's two sem exams in a year and with some other reasons it may get delayed. In course of three years all 6 semesters and it's exams along with project and practical will be finished. Field trip is the main attraction of the course.

Remarks:

Im my time 2011-2014 only the female students had to wear the uniforms. At present uniform is mandatory. I think that was not equality at nobody considered it. No girl protested against that problem.

Produced many talents be it in Academics,sports or arts, To quote one indian international football players CK Vineeth and Shahal Abdul samad were students of Sree Narayana College Kannur. Faculty of physical education was awarded the best physical education faculty award in Kerala State. Has experienced faculties in almost every departments.
