UCEED 2026 BDes Round 4 Seat Allotment Out; Check Last Date to Accept Seat

The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has released the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2026 BDes Round 4 seat allotment on the official portal at uceed.iitb.ac.in. The allotment was declared on June 24, 2026.

The institute has also published the institute-wise opening and closing category ranks for Round 4. Allotted candidates must accept their seat and pay the seat acceptance fee by June 28, 2026, 6 PM. Candidates who fail to do so will forfeit their allotted seat.

Seat withdrawal is allowed from June 29, 2026, to July 1, 2026 (6 PM). The final Round 5 seat allotment is scheduled for July 3, 2026.

How to Check the UCEED 2026 BDes Round 4 Seat Allotment?

Candidates can check their Round 4 allotment status by logging into the official UCEED portal. The institute-wise opening and closing ranks have also been published separately.

1. Visit the official UCEED 2026 portal at uceed.iitb.ac.in.
2. Click on the BDes candidate login link.
3. Enter your UCEED 2026 application number and password.
4. View the Round 4 allotment status on your dashboard.
5. Download the allotment letter for future reference.

How to Pay the UCEED 2026 Seat Acceptance Fee?

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 4 must pay the seat acceptance fee online through the candidate portal. The payment deadline is June 28, 2026, at 6 PM.

The seat acceptance fee is ₹60,000 for General, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates must pay ₹15,000.

Refunds of ₹55,000 or ₹10,000, respectively, were available only for Round I and Round II withdrawals, after applicable deductions.

UCEED 2026 BDes Seat Distribution

A total of 245 seats are available across the seven participating institutes for the 2026-27 academic session.

A horizontal reservation of three to five percent is applied for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates within each category.

Action Plan for Candidates

• Check the Round 4 allotment on the official portal.
• Download and verify the seat allotment letter.
• Arrange the seat acceptance fee in advance.
• Complete the payment by June 28, 2026, 6 PM.
• Decide on withdrawal between June 29 and July 1, 2026, if required.
• Await the final Round 5 allotment on July 3, 2026 if you remain unallotted.
