BITS HD 2026 Registration Extended till April 25; ME/M.Pharm Exam May 25-26

BITS Pilani has announced an extension of the BITS Higher Degree (BITSHD) 2026 application deadline to April 25, 2026, by 5:00 PM. The extension provides additional time for eligible candidates to complete their online applications for Master of Engineering (M.E.) and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) programs across Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses.

Interested candidates must visit the official registration portal at pdc.edvertek.com to apply. BITS HD 2026 offers admission to 16 M.E. disciplines and 2 M.Pharm specializations across three campuses.

Candidates can apply through three pathways: GATE/ GPAT scores, BITS HD test scores, or a combination of both. The minimum eligibility requirement is 60% marks in the qualifying B.E./B.Pharm degree examination.

All programs are four-semester on-campus courses with admission based on merit and test performance. Candidates must complete registration, select test centers, choose program preferences, and pay the application fee before the deadline.

BITS HD 2026 Important Dates

Candidates can pursue admission through GATE (for M.E.) or GPAT (for M.Pharm) scores, the BITS HD test, or a combination of both. Those with valid GATE/GPAT scores will receive admission offers in Iteration-1 by June 4, 2026.

Candidates appearing for the BITS HD test on May 25-26 will receive offers in Iteration-2 by June 8, 2026. A third iteration may be conducted if seats remain vacant.

All candidates must have completed their B.E./B.Pharm degree with minimum 60% marks and meet program-specific eligibility criteria outlined in the official brochure.

BITS HD 2026-How to Apply?

• Candidates must register on the official BITS HD portal using valid email and mobile number credentials.
• The online application requires submission of personal details, educational qualifications, test center preferences, and program choices.
• Candidates can select multiple programs across different campuses in order of preference.
• The application fee must be paid online through the portal using debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• All documents, including degree certificates, mark sheets, and GATE/GPAT scores (if applicable), must be uploaded during registration.

What’s Next for Students

Candidates must complete registration by April 25, 2026, and utilize the edit window from April 27-29 to correct any errors. Hall tickets will be available for download from May 21, 2026, onwards with exam date, time, and center details.

BITS Pilani has issued a public advisory warning candidates about fraudulent admission emails and advises relying only on official communications through the admissions portal.
