Preparation Tips for GUJCET 2026

The GUJCET exam is the gateway to Gujarat ACPC admission. Although GUJCET 2026 has already been conducted on March 29, 2026, students planning for 2027 or those appearing for re-exams can follow these preparation tips.

  • Focus on NCERT: GUJCET is largely based on the Gujarat State Board (GSEB) and NCERT syllabus for Class 11 and 12 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
  • Practice Previous Year Papers: Solving at least 5 years of GUJCET question papers will help you understand the pattern and difficulty level.
  • Equal Weightage to Class 12: Since 50% of the ACPC merit is based on Class 12 marks, focus equally on your board exam preparation.
  • Time Management: GUJCET has 120 questions in 3 hours. Practice completing papers within time.
  • Chemistry and Biology: These sections tend to have more factual questions. Prepare short notes and revise regularly.
  • Mock Tests: Take regular mock tests on the GSEB official portal or trusted coaching platforms to track your progress.
