UPCATET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• BVSc and Animal Husbandry: You must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks.

UPCATET 2026 Admit Card

UPCATET 2026 admit card was available for download from June 6 to June 16, 2026. The admit card download window is now closed as the UG exam was held on June 17 and the PG exam was held on June 18, 2026.

1. Focus on NCERT Textbooks First

UPCATET questions are closely based on NCERT and UP Board Class 12 textbooks. You should finish your NCERT textbooks cover to cover before moving to any other reference book. NCERT Biology, Chemistry and Physics are the primary sources for PCB group candidates. For the PAG group, agriculture-specific topics require dedicated agricultural science textbooks published by ICAR or the state agricultural universities.

2. Understand the Marking Scheme and Attempt Carefully
