NMAMIT Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Admission to the B.Tech program in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at NMAM Institute of Technology is conducted through the Nitte University Common Admission Test (NUCAT). This entrance exam is offered exclusively by the university and does not consider other entrance exam scores such as CET or COMEDK. NUCAT is available in both online and offline modes, and the application forms can be accessed on the university’s official website. The test comprises 120 questions in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with the difficulty level akin to that of KCET.

Eligibility to appear for NUCAT requires a minimum of 60% in Class 12 for board subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Admissions are determined based on ranking, with scholarships available for candidates securing ranks up to 200. There’s no reservation policy, but an NRI quota is available. Counselling for seat allocation occurs over three rounds, followed by a mop-up round for final course allocation. The institution also offers a direct admission route, known as management quota.
