The advancement of technology in the medical field is really in a fasting manner...new diagnostic tools are being used and since it is well known for its academics purpose
Infrastructure is so good..I don't think any state college would have this type of AC fitted new building and so much cleanliness
Every month....new events are being organised and full enjoy is there with the studies

Dislikes

Hostel is little far away from the college
Sometimes mess system is bothering a lott
Sports complex is still under construction

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is compulsory in a mbbs course of 1 years after the 4 yrs academic course. Great opportunity in excelling the skills in working in the hospitals. In uttar pradesh , we receive 12000 per month as an internship stripend.

Infrastructure is one of the best that any medical College can have. Gives tough competition to AIIMS Infrastructure.
Faculty- Well experienced and full of enthusiasm. Always search for newer ways to explain difficult topics.
Location- College is located in the heart of the city, Gomti Nagar, which is one of the most prime location of Lucknow.

Dislikes

Hostels from second year are 8 kms away from college. Still college provides free bus services for travelling, but this can be considered as a demerit.
No campus life- Since the college is new, it's campus is still under construction. Maybe 3-4 batches ahead can enjoy campus life, but presently for us, it is nil.
No sports facility. Badminton court is present but no ground for cricket and football.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is the interim part of any medical course. After 4.5 years of study, you will have to do the internship of 12 months, which will expand across 12 department, 1 department per month. In our college, you have to do internship in the hospital of college.

Not a very big campus but still sufficient for everything

Internships Opportunities:

There is a one year internship after 4 year course which we have to fulfill we get a type and of 11000 rupees during our internship period which is very beneficial for our career and during the internship will learn a lot about medical

The location of college is the most important factor to get a good patient load and on that aspect pur college is 10/10.
The friendly faculty staff and the supporting staff which are highly skilled..
The labs and the hospital is fully equipped with latest technology machines..

Dislikes

The college and hostel is too far from each other which sometimes not suitable especially for late night postings..
As compared to the patient load of the college's hospital the space is too congested... The opds are too crowded..
The college timings which ate from 9 A.M to 5 P.M, which means no personal time for self decelopment.

Internships Opportunities:

After completing the degrees, we have to work a year as an intern doctor for our college in which we are posted in the wards, opds, OTs etc. We have to perform the night shifts in the emergency department.

Life at Dr. RMLIMS, Lucknow

It is well reputed college. Teaching faculty is well experienced and hardworking. Study is focused so much here and also large library is available in the college for students to study,
Enough faculties are available in each department.
Infrastructure of the academic block building and also of the hospital building is good.

Dislikes

College campus is not that big as compared to other medical colleges.
Hostel for students except first year students and interns is 8 km away from the college campus.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities are provided in our own hospital, i.e, Dr. RMLIMS, Lucknow which is very reputed and well developed. 6 months internship is compulsory after completion of MBBS. As per now, monthly stipend given to the interns is 12,000 rs.

The academics of the college is very good.
Extra curricular activities are well organised.
Clinical aspects of the college is very informative.

Dislikes

Too much pressure on students for attendance.
Too much exams conducted in the college every month.
Hostels are not present in the campus rather it is far apart from the college approximately 13 km.

Internships Opportunities:

No internship is available in the college. As it is medical college so out of 5.5 yrs ,last one year is for internship.after that we have to give neet pg exam which is quite tough.on the basis of marks obtained we get a post of junior resident in medical college.

The academic of our college is best and very strict regarding academic related
The hostel of our college is one of the best hostel at minimum cost with centralised AC
All faculty are very helpful and have deep understanding in their respective branch and every new technology is present in our hospital

Dislikes

As no points to be dislike in our college but college campus is one of the things that we miss

Internships Opportunities:

After 4.5 years of there is internship of 1 year in college itself and for this salary is 12000/- month And after this u can serve bond in college and salary is approx 1lac per annum in different departments based on your rank

The level of teaching is far better than most of the medical colleges
Faculty is highly educated and like other medical colleges teaching is not depemdemt on JR but even Head of department also takes up the class
The level of medical faculties hospital has is quite appreciating

Dislikes

Campus is quite small and there is not proper playground
They need to improve the quality of mess
Number of washrooms are very less and even some of them are not even working properly

Internships Opportunities:

There is a 1 year internship in the last year of MBBS and after the full term of MBBS college event give placement to each student as non PG JRs For a term of 2 years or until they qualify their need pg examination

Entering into Dr.RMLIMS, an overall experience

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is excellent which includes centralised AC in every department
The faculty of my college is brilliant and are all well qualified for what they do
The patient exposure and academics is really nice here at Dr.RMLIMS

Dislikes

The mess facility is kind of poor as hostel mess in boys hostel is unavailable
The distance from hostel to college is really more, which is almost 17km
There are no proper sports facilities in this college and the college also doesn’t allots any money for sports.

Internships Opportunities:

There is a one year rotating internship which is compulsory for everyone to attend at the end of the 4.5 year course. The internship program provides with stipened which is low as compared to the work load, but the experience is great overall

Academic opportunities are great here. You get to do a lot of research work under great faculty
Extracurricular activities are always organised at regular intervals regarding different social causes
Fest is a great thing here. On different occasions also programmes are organised so as to break the monotony of studies

Dislikes

Sports complex is not available having larger grounds for playing sports like cricket or football
No auditorium is there in the college so function need to be organised in auditorium outside the college
College campus is too small and hostel are situated far from the college

Internships Opportunities:

1 year long internship is mandatory in mbbs after completing 4.5 year of learning. The internship gives an opportunity to closely look on the real time doctor patient Interaction closely and how to cater to different emergency conditions. Although the curriculum has postings to hospitals from 2 nd year onwards but during internship you sometimes are the doctor on call and have to take decisions for the patient
