- Classrooms are good, teaching is very efficient, ambience is good
- Cultural programmes are very much associated, freshers, farewell and annual programmes are also happened

- Unions are not so good and elections qre not happened for students union
- Sports are not so good, outdoor games are possible but indor games are not

Personally I like the subject chemistry very much from 12th standard so decided to take hond in chemistry previously after hs before choosing the college. I applied in the top colleges of kolkata such as bethune college, jaipuriya college with vidyasagar college. But when i got chance in vidyasagar college i ho for it without any hesitation because of the historical background of this college. The aubject chemistry has many academic placements for future who want to do research works post docs.. chemistry is full of practical aspects and new research works can be done on this subject. The course time is short dur to semester system but if the study have been done such a proper routine then the exam can be easier.

- This college provides you with many oppurtunitiess as it has a good lab infrastructues, the lab assistants are very supportive, the teachers are also very supportive in addressing your problems. This college has a great library with suffient books.
- This college provides great scope for social interactions, as it organizes numerous fests and annual social functions.It also organizes science exhibitions which are also very helpful
- This college also helps in getting placements in different fields
Dislikes
- There are different areas for development. The classrooms need to be more spacious I feel
- Modern teaching techniques need to be applied like digital boards,etc
- The college ground needs to be bigger for the students to get refreshment when they are free from studies

Course Curriculum Overview:
The subject I studied is a core science subject that is chemistry and it has great applications in the real world. I chose the course as I really liked the subject. The course provides us with real job oppurtunities and also for further research in the field.There are many scope for development like the course curriculum syllabus may be broadened and modern teaching techniques like digital board may be introduced.2 exams are held in a year regularly amd the exam levels are moderate.

This course that's my course is mathematics honors is good enough. It brings more knowledge and talent about numerical concepts, one can get higher studies by getting this

- Our college campus, union, sports events, seminar, teachers, and exam process are absolutely good. The college lab, college seniors/juniors, and classmates are also great
- The laboratories at our College are very good. They are equipped with modern and essential equipments.
- Many companies, such as TCS and Technoscope, come to the college to interview and select students for their company
Dislikes
- The syllabus, set by the University of Calcutta, is very outdated and lacks room for a research-driven curriculum.
- The college does provide some extra benefits for financially poor students, but the numbers are really low
- There are no placement offers by the college or the university, which is very bad for students who choose to go into the corporate sectors.

I like computer science very much ..thats why i choose it .My course Covers fundamental concepts in computer science, such as programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. Likely includes courses on computer systems, networking, and database management. My course Might not emphasize emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, or data science as much as industry demands

- Zoology department is really better than some other colleges under Calcutta University.
- Faculties are good and strict. They help to learn. Library facility is good.
- They teach practical work very carefully.
Dislikes
- The college administration is strict in everything.
- Attendance percentage rules are very much strict.
- The campus doesn't have so much open space.
Course Curriculum Overview:
B.Sc. is a course which can lead someone to different paths. From academic career to school teacher, from Govt. Jobs to any biological labs, there are vacancies.The course is moderate to difficult. Zoology is a high demanding subject which can provide good life science career.

- Location is good for students, which is near railway station and always metro station
Dislikes
- Uncleaned classroom and also practical room
- This is a government college but fees is too high for psychology and food nutrition dept
- Teachers and students use the same washroom, canteen is uncleaned

Course is good. But the fees structure of my course is too high for a government college. 20-25k per year. Which is too high. We have our department in 3rd floor but don't have lift for us. Don't have departmental washroom and as well as classroom
