ST John's Agra Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I was preparing for UPSC exam during second year of B.sc course. The college used to call companies during job fairs organised in the college. Some of my friends joined SBI cards and a few joined newly launched Hindustan Newspaper in Agra. The placement cell have helped many students to get good jobs.

From 5th sem students are eligible for campus placement College has collaboration with several companies and organisations offering intership across various domains related to chemistry, commerce, computer and biotechnology

From 5th sem students are eligible for the placement. Around 10 percent students get placement from the faculties like commerce, biotechnology and industrial chemistry I have different plans as I'm preparing for other exams

The course provides the depth knowledge of the industry process and instruments used in the industry and also provide the knowledge of chemicals used in different types of industries . exam are conducted after every 6 months

There is no placement after Bsc but there is placement after pursuing BCA ,BCom BBA from the same college,the average package is 3lpa ,the companies visited are asra foundation and tata etc . About 80% of students placed in different companies and all got in internships.

Biotechnology is like a ongoing adventure and as we all know that this course is going to build a new empire in future.The main purpose to choose this college for bsc biotechnology is that this college has a outstanding base in the field of bsc and the professors are well educated.

•As there is demand of computer science in this generation so I thought to choose it •If I have to tell truth It doesn't help me in real world in any way.Only thing we get it we get graduate in it •The teachers should more Focus on practical knowledge help students to make new programs. •At that time there was only one exam in a year of 2hours in second year and 3 hours in third year as in first year we was promoted because of corona.

I will give it 7 out of 10 because as I think course started very well but by the time teachers are not available there because lots of functions are going on in the campus so all are busy in that.Teachers should be available for students whenever the needed most important thing.

After the third semester, the students are eligible for college placement. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, Phillips, etc are there for placement. The highest package is 1200000 and the average package is 300000. Almost 90% of students get their placement.

Placements are so good in our college. Every year there are job fairs for our college students and other unemployed persons also in which every year multinational companies visit our school and select people for employment. There is 99.99 percent placement if the student or a person is able to take any post. My plan is to become govt officer after graduation.
