the curriculum needs to be more updated like that of central universities
Fees and Financial Aid:
the college is govt aided but privately administrated so the fees is not high but at par with all regional private aided colleges .
#currently costs under 40000 rupees for a student with govt merit to finish a 3 year degree course
# there are self financing courses that cost more than 1-2 lakh rupees for course completion
# currently there are no paid in-campus employments, there are internships without cash benefits though
#scolarships are approved and given by the management based on merit in major courses and government sponsored grants for backward classes is also supported
That's the only bad thing about this college .there is no financial assistance .there are campus interviews etc. Nearly 10 k yearly I spent for this course in this college. There was a hostel provided by the college but the mess is very poor and antigenic.
Fee structure is very less. Because it is an aided college. Other colleges with this course are self financing. So they charge a high fees about 20,000 per semester. Scholarships are available for various categories.
At present the college offers 14 under graduate courses and 11 post graduate courses and 3 Add - on course. There are three approved reaserch centers attached to the Departments of zoology, Malayalam and Hindi
it was good overall everything was good and the faculties provided us with great materials and it was a good time period in my life the teachers are highly into what they are doing their profession
The fee structure of the NSS Hindu College is very feasible and the structure is designed as per the needs of the students and the facilities that are provided to them. The fee is imposed on the students on the basis of the facilities that they are enjoying in the college.
I am a recipient of the central sector scholorship which provides 10000 rs per year.scholorships ara provided on the basis of the marks scored by students in higher secondary classes.
