Marathoma College was established in the year 1981. It was established by the Mar Thoma Church. It has state of the art infrastructure with all vital and essential facilities to facilitate quality of education. It offers several graduate level and post graduate level courses to the students in the field of commerce, arts & science. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut and is also accredited with grade “A” by the NAAC. It provides qualified and experienced faculty who with their knowledge & skills imparts with quality of the education to the college students.

1. College Union – At the college there is a college union formed in which 2 students from the college are elected. The college union is very active in the college and organizes certain activities for the students of the college. The union publishes a yearly magazine in which students of the students contribute and also suggests the name for the magazine. In addition to this the union also arranges for seminars on several subjects for the awareness of the students.
