Faculty of my course is too good. Even the guest lecturers are great to be interacted with. All of them are really helpful and friendly, easily approachable.
Social interaction is as per the individual. How much is he/she able to extract from people is the main thing. If you're able to make enough connections it's great.
Infrastructure is better than even some of the North Campus du colleges. It is too good. Feels like second home. Most of the resources are available.

Dislikes

There isn't much exposure to the main Delhi crowd.
The college is located in East Delhi that is too far away from the main Delhi.

Admission:

I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower.

MAC is marvellous college!!

Likes

MAC crowd is one of the best as mostly top families students come here to study.
The location is Rajouri Garden and it is one of the happenings of Delhi.
Education here and courses that MAC provides is more than most colleges of DU.

Dislikes

Definitely the non cooperation of non teaching staff as to get simplest of things done it take ages to do them.

I applied through CUET as that's the way out for DU and I wanted ST Stephen's but it is a top college and probably the 3rd best college of DU. However at MAC cutoffs are reasonable and plus they are the ones who offers this course, so I joined MAC.

MAC is magnificent!!

Likes

The management of the college is better than even some of the elite DU colleges.
Certainty one of the best campuses as we have areas more than most DU colleges and also ground for playing sports.
High school dream of going to an expansive college ended here as our college is that brilliant.

Dislikes

Unlike most DU colleges which has 5 day classes, we have classes for 6 days a week.

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too.

College faculty members are really supportive
The college library is the best thing here
Final year students are eligible for placement drives though the companies do not pay that will but interested students still apply for them

Dislikes

Sometimes teachers s were not confirmed their lecture classes
Placement cells are not that active which makes it a problem to students
Exposures wise the college is little average

Admission:

I choose this college as it is one of the best college for b.com honours field. I have given CUET UG exam and secured very decent marks and it was my preference list in 20th number in maharaja Agrasen College. Admission process is very smooth and in online without any corruption

In our college , they are different department and they organise their personalised fests .This help student learn so much more and help them make interactions with different people which are expert in their field.
Professor are nice and skilled in their field. They are very approachable . They help you if you ask them anything. And they have a deep knowledge or their subjects. They will teach you very amazingly and in a very easy and interesting.
Our college is very disciplined. And the environment of the college is very nice . Infrastructure is very new and fresh and modern. The college' campus is very clean and there is a garden with lots of flower where students can sit in their breaks.

Dislikes

Guards are sometimes rude and impolite with their way of talking. And is not cooperative at all. If you forget your college I'd you cannot enter the college and there is no way you can convience them to let you enter with a digital id..
New teachers in the college are not so much experienced and they are very tough . And some teachers doesn't teach so good and also doesn't provides notes for their subjects .then that subject becomes very difficult to learn.
The infrastructure is very new ,fresh and modern but the maintainence is not looked after. Which makes the campus looks sometimes messy. Sometimes the washrooms are not clean at all. And there is not a pad vending machine for girls in the washroom.

Admission:

I have given cuet and applied for 50+ college of Delhi University. Which included bachelor in mathematics, bachelors in mathematical sciences and bachelors in biodata and bachelors in botany and bachelors in zoology and many more. And based on the preference list of colleges I got into maharaja agarsen college of Delhi University in the course of bachelor of science ( mathematical science). I choose to proceed with this course as it included all the subject I needed to study and wanted in future. yes , i got rejection from dipsaar college . I applied for bpharma there. But due to my low score i couldn't secure a seat their. Their cutoff was pretty high and I couldn't reach their cut off . The cutoff wa totally based on the result of 12th class. For admission , firstly I filled an admission form online and submit all the official documents online such as birth certificate, addhar card, results of 12th and 10th class and also character certificate. And then I paid the fee online only. Also with the fees I didn't have to pay any additional protection fee. Then we had to visit the college for Orientation day . We were invited through a mail. In the orientation we were given the information about our course ,teachers and classes . Also we were given refreshments . And the addmission process was smooth not at all difficult. I got in the college with 70 percent on my cuet score. And you have to be from science or commerce background also you must have maths in your subjects to apply for this course otherwise you will not be shortlisted for the same.

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission.

Maharaja Agarasen College campus is very good and big.
there is very nice and hygienic canteen they serve tasty food
faculty is very good and experienced they are experts for their respective subjects

Dislikes

National Cadet Corps (NCC) is only available for girls
teaching methods are not so world class they taught in traditional method
assignment , tests , written work is boring

Admission:

I applied for many colleges such as Hindu College , Hansraj College, St. Stephens College , Dyal Singh College but unfortunately I got 663 marks out of 800 marks . In first round of allocation of DU. I got BA(Honours) Hindi in Hansraj College. Then I opted for Upgrade and I got BA(Honours) Political Science in Maharaja Agarasen College . Admission process is very smooth and online without any corruption
