Placement is good in UBS as it is a government institution so the process is a bit slower than normal but it's good. More than 90 percent of students get placed easily and the average package is around 8.5 lakh. The campus gives placement and if any student want to apply for outside campus placement they can go for it.

Students become eligible for placements from the 3rd semester. Various companies visit the campus such as American Express, Dabur, Infosys, HDFC, Toloram, Trident, etc. The highest package is around 55 lacs per annum and the highest domestic package is around 18 lacs per annum whereas the average package is around 9 lacs per annum, Around 95% of the students get placed.

Around 90% of the MBA batch is placed every year. The highest domestic Salary package was 18.81 LPA by American Express and the highest International salary package offered was 55 LPA by Tolaram Group. Top Recruiting companies are Trident Group, SBI General, HDFC, Barcardi, Infosys, Finxera, Wipro, E&Y, KPMG. Major roles offered to the students are Marketing intensive.

UBS is one of the oldest college in the country with a huge alumni base and expertise in the field of MBA. From the beginning I wanted to do my MBA in the field of hr and as UBS comes in the top 10 colleges of MBA hr in the country so, it was no brainer to select the college.

The UBS Chandigarh is best college in A india interms of Return On Investment where total expenditure of college is less than 1Lakh. Along with that Legacy of College, Excellent Faculty, Panjab University Campus, College ranking among Top 50 MBA colleges in India, Dedicated HR course availability, Strong Alumni Base made a strong case for selection of this college.

The college has a good reputation, its location Chandigarh, placement report is really good, good faculty and return on investment is very high in comparison to other Colleges falling under same rankings.

the college has a good brand name, the alumni base is very strong and the Pedagogy is very unique. College focuses more on the practical knowledge and provides student with great corporate exposure.

i choose UBS, Chandigarh over other colleges after scoring 95.54 persentile in CAT 2019 beacause of it's Return on Investment, wher u have to pay only one lakh for the overall expensises for 2 years and get an average package of around 10 lakh.
