Great Academics but Costly and Competitive

Fees and Financial Aid:

The yearly fee for my B.Com (Hons) at Hansraj College is around ?31,435 including tuition and other compulsory charges, and a similar amount has to be paid every year, so the total for three years comes close to ?95,000–?1,00,000 with only small changes if the university revises components. As an OBC category student from Jharkhand, managing this amount every year along with living expenses in Delhi is difficult for my family, so the fee feels quite high, although I try to apply for scholarships such as Hansraj’s merit?cum?need schemes and Jharkhand’s e?Kalyan support to reduce the burden. Overall, Hansraj College still offers a very good environment: teachers are supportive, societies are active, and the campus and placements provide great exposure, so despite the financial stress, studying here feels worthwhile for my academic and career growth.

My course amounted for around 31000 per year but the tuition fee is considerably very low but on the other hand the other miscellaneous charge is such as accommodation fee lab fees etc. Our college also provide various scholarship such as hansraj fees concetion, national scholarship portal, dell espire scholarship etc. Which helps students to reduce their financial burden and pursue their goals without any hinderance. Overall hansraj college under delhi university being a government college the fees is very minimal and affordable their is a yearly incriment in fees but that too not very much.

This is for year 1, upon admission i paid 36000 rupees, this was an acceptable amount as compared to same course in other du colleges. Hansraj College: The Beautiful one

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid about 28000 in the first year (Economics) and there was about a 10 percent increment in the second year. There is a registered scholarship amount for people who apply for that categories but there is scholarship otherwise I'm not quite aware of scholarships. The fee is justified because the infrastructure and facilities are very good.
