Government College Kottayam Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The geology department in our college provides internships in different parts and that usually helps the students to bring their studies to the next level. They always visit different sites, really helpful.

The placement cell of the college is good. Most of the companies come every year to hire deserving and talented students. A good amount of salary packages are also offered by companies. But the companies are small and hence, most of the student preferred to look for a job outside the college placement cell.

Usually majority of the students would prefer post graduation degree. The others choose any other course. And the remaining minority goes through job fairs and job Consultancies. Those who choose job usually quit in an year and join back to their higher studies.

Yes the college has a internal recruitent cell and a placement cell. the college offers their students a good future by the internsips which are the experiences for thestudents the stipend depends upon the institution we get for the intenships

Eventhought it is a Government college, the college provide best support to become placed. There is a skill development program called Additional Skill Acquisition Program (ASAP) Which is providing good training.

Campus recuitments from kpmg & various banks are available. Total 5 students were placed.Ttwo students were placed in kpmg with a salary of rs 20000 per month. Rest 3 to various banks with a minimum salary of rs 15000 per month.
