Marine Engineering In TMI

I applied to IMU Kolkata,Mumbai Port campus and Chennai alongwith it I also applied to AMET. I got selected in every college except AMET and I feel that Tolani Maritime Institute provides us with better facilities in every aspects compared to the other colleges I applied for. An entrance exam (TMISAT) followed by a personal interview is necessary to get into the college. Additionaly, clearing IMUCET is must to get into this institute.

Campus life in tolani maritime institute

I chose this college as it the best college of merchant Navy in India with almost 100% placements for every eligible cadet. The minimum requirement is 12th pass with PCM with above 60% in PCM. Admission is done of basics of college exam interview and PCM marks.

Btech Marine Engineering at Tolani Maritime Institute

I've Applied to SIMS Lonavala which is also a good Maritime Institute even I got the admission letter but I chose TMI over SIMS because In SIMS we Only Get 1 Company i.e ESM which has a very long Waiting period , they show that Waiting Period is Zero but Waiting Period is There for more than 2-4months in Marine Engineering. To get Admission in TMI, You need To clear IMU CET with a good and Give TMISAT which Comprises of a Online Test and A 10-15mins Interview. Also You should have more than 60% in PCM and more than 70% in English For 12th boards.

A review about my institute

12 th pass with 60% in pcm and 50% in English. 10th pass. You can find the application form on the Tolani Maritime Institute website. Application fees is 1500. It depends after the imucet examination. First candidate need to appear for the imucet examination and then after when he or she passes the exam with good rank than that individual he she can apply the form for tolani maritime institute which is available on the tmi website. Reservation doesn't happened here according to me. I exactly don't know the reservation process. See according to me there is no need for any improvement in tolani maritime institute. one thing they can do is that they take their own examination namely tmisat and after that interview takes place but the interview was online and according to me it should happen offline and also physical test should be there because there are so many candidates who are not physically fit. That's why they should also take physical test so that only deserving and hardworking...

CLEAR the IMUCET exam CLEAR the TMISAT exam CLEAR the interview held by TMI faculty members Talking about why i chose this college is because it was the best option available even though i had other colleges shortlisted.
