Jaipur's abandoned college, why?

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure is quite simple ?77000 per year and this is very low as compared to other colleges, means it's affordable for middle class students. College provide scholarship for BPL(below poverty line) families. You can always negotiate with the college for fees in case your are excellent or you are poor. College do not provide any employment opportunities within the campus.

Yes, at these these institutes students have died on scholarships time. If other students had scores in other marksheets, the college was medal and scholarship was not the other festival.
