The placement opportunities at IIBS are fairly decent, especially for students who are proactive and focused on skill development. The college has a dedicated placement cell that works to connect students with companies across sectors like banking, finance, marketing, HR, and consulting.

Placement Experience:
As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs
So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement
I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities
Diversity, many students from different states made us understand others and cooperate with eachother
Teachers are supportive and approachable too
Focus on practical learning and real world business exposure
Dislikes
Campus is quite smaller and not very modern
College is far from main city areas, surrounding area is underdeveloped
Limited sports and recreational infrastructure

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.
The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive.
Around 80-90% of students get internships and placement.
The PGDM course is practical and includes guest lectures and session from industry experts.

The area around campus does not have many good commercial or medical facilities.
Placement Experience:
Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience.
Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations.
The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The campus infrastructure could be improved in terms of space and modern facilities.
Some administrative processes take time and could be more organized.
More international exposure and industry tie- ups would make the program stronger.
Placement Experience:
Average placement i can say but end of the day it's totally depends on you how you're going to take all type of resources, skills that you're going to learn during the programs and most important networking how you are going to build with alumni and industry people
Cross Culture in college is very good and networking is achieved
Faculty methodology is unique and easily acquirable
Placement Process is being adaptable so efficiently
Dislikes
Placement Experience:
No College can provide 100% placements.
But i assure that IIBS faculty and programme can make students to reach that position. If any student believes in college and them the reaching of end is absolutely possible
