JNCU Faculty

The faculty at JNCU consists of well-qualified and experienced professors, with all members having cleared NET or SET exams, and most holding or pursuing PhDs. The faculty, many with decades of teaching experience, are experts in their fields, particularly in IT, and are dedicated to preparing students for careers. They incorporate modern teaching methods, including audio-visual tools, workshops, and site visits, and maintain a friendly and supportive environment.

Attendance is strictly enforced, with a 75% mandatory attendance policy. There is a noted shortage of faculty, but the existing staff effectively manages the student-teacher ratio, ensuring personalized support. The faculty is young, energetic, and approachable, contributing to a positive learning atmosphere. Despite some infrastructural and resource challenges, the faculty's dedication to teaching and student success remains strong.
