- Cooperation of the faculty with students, Appropriate infrastructure facilities for a better degree. Affordable course as fee is very low.
- Teaching methods are very good and mostly practicle based ( field based )
- Campus life is quite good but not up to mark because of university lacking infrastructure facilities.
Dislikes
- No Placement is given to students till now .
- Lack of infrastructure facilities. However the college of Horticultural is centrally equipped with AC
- Course curriculum also need to be improved.

Because the course which I persue ( BSc Hons Horticulture) has h particular specification in Horticulture. Further opportunities after this course is very vast in both government and public sector.
The exams are very frequent as there are mid and end sem .

- Building are very beautiful and newly made
- All teachers are very supportive and helpful
Placement Experience:
The rate of placements of students is very high. Most of the students get placement from banks, agricultural industries etc. The average student who gets passing marks is able to get placement very easily. Almost 70 to 80 per cent of students get placement

Candidate must have passed B.Sc in relevant stream from a recognised institute / board for admission to postgraduate courses. There is an Ph.D. course also available in the University. Students can join the university by filling the admission form and submitting it to the University. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of Maharana Pratap Horticultural University. Admissions at Maharana Pratap Horticultural University are offered through the entrance examination (CCS HAU Entrance Test) conducted by Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar.

Candidates must have passed MSc in relevant stream from any recognised university for admission to PhD courses. CCS HAU Entrance Test is an entrance test conducted by the university. Students should have also cleared this entrance test for other courses in the university.

Remarks:
I completed my MSc from this college. I had a pretty decent experience with this college. The college has a good environment, and 3 libraries for the students to access anytime. A nice college definitely recommends by me.

I can give a positive rematk with some reviews that this college can improve teachers are good but the need to improve little bit if they improve themselves then it will be a good college for horticulture.

My university life was quite busy and happening. My journey in the university was pretty satisfactory. Those were the best days in my entire academic career. All the professors guided me throughout my journey. I am still in touch with some of my professors.
