Fees and Financial Aid:

St. Xavier's University Kolkata for law department and for our batch have a semster fee of 66000 till sixth seme and therafter it hikes with plus 10k. For the rwcenr batch and onwards that is the batch of 2024 to 2030 and thereafter the fees till sixty semester have been increase and again after rhat there will be a hike of amother 10k to thier fee which in my opinion is kot justifies in par with other University and the placement and all that it provides. The University also provides various scholarship that the subject to academic record and Financial things. The univsrity have introduce best athelete scholarship as well ehich is a good initiative. Course: The course is well structures throughout the years.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The complete fees for the course is NOT available anywhere. The fees paid upto semester 3 is around 90,000, spread across three semesters. Each semester there can be 10% increment. You have to pay semester fees each semester. Understand that the fees are not the same for all. It depends on your Minor(Pass) subjects too.

The fees is paid in 6 months semesters which are 67000 each sem making it 134000 for a year making it around 6 lakhs for 4 years BMC course of 8 sems This includes a development fee of 12k caution fee of 5000 (which is refunded after 4 years if kept intact) For hostelers its an extra 21000 and the college bus service takes 20000 per semester recently there is an increase of fees by 1000 due to the new implementation of AI LMS learning. schollarship for my coruse is provided only if the candidate attains 95 and above in their merit and covers 80% of all the costs of the 4 years.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees structure :- Admission fees ( only at the time of admission ) - 93,000 Each semester fees = 58,000 Scholarship fees - I currently don't know but you have to give a scholarship exam Out college provides co curricular activities like sports and other societies which add credit points to students and help develop their interpersonal skills . The infrastructre is very good , toilets are clean , each classroom has centralized aur conditioners as well . Almost 350-500 students take admission each year ( only in B.Com ).

Likes

The courses in the college are structured in a way which helps the students to visualise and enjoy the process of learning, even the theoretical parts are made interesting by taking real life cases and examples.

Dislikes

The B.Com (Morning) course is an only boys batch but the day classes and evening classes are co-ed, so the college should consider making b.com morning all a co-ed course as after 10 am the students have almost a whole day to day anything the want.

Fees and Financial Aid:

At the time of admission I paid Rs 37,000 , I belong to the general category, and after that in every semester almost Rs 30,000 is the fees. However, the college provides lots of scholarships including merit - based scholarships, scholarships for students from specific communities , and scholarships to students pursuing specific courses. MERIT BASED SCHOLARSHIPS :- 1. Loyola Scholarship A full fee waiver for all undergraduate and postgraduate courses, except MBA , from the second semester onwards. 2. Nihil Ultra Scholarship A full fee on for all undergraduate courses from the first semester onwards. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS FROM SPECIFIC COMMUNITIES:- 1. Post - Matric scholarship for SC, ST & OBC 2. Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-means Scholarship -: A scholarship for students from minority communities. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS PURSUING SPECIFIC COURSES :- 1. Rupa Scholarship A scholarship for students pursuing MA Psychology , MSW, B.Com and M.Com. 2. Arrupe Scholarship A scholarship for students pursuing all undergraduate and postgraduate courses, except MBA , from the third, fifth, seventh and ninth semesters.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Per year there are four installments so like 2 installments per semester. For my course each installment fluctuates a bit but it's almost always around 15,000 (general category). For students enrolling with the Christian quota, there is a completely different fee structure.
