Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management Sivasagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management is successfully placing its batch in different corporate and IT sector companies. The student was selected by ICICI bank as unit manager/ business consultant for different districts in Assam.

Campus placement is offered by the University along with Summer Internships. The University plays an active role in ensuring all the students are placed in their desirable jobs. A lot of the alumni was recruited by Bandhan Bank in campus placements.

Placements start from the 3rd semester, Companies like Amazon, Baja fin, Bandhan, Axis, ICICI etc are prime recruiters. Sometimes university organizes placement events with other universities jointly. I have not completed my course so I cant share my own placement experience.

For MBA, candidate must have done Graduation in any discipline except fine arts with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PwD) and Valid score of CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/ARGUCOM OR Graduation in any discipline (except fine arts) with at least 60% marks aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ PwD), Final students will be selected after rounds of Group discussions and Personal Interview.

I completed my MCA from ARJUCOM. I enjoyed the whole course duration there. The faculty was quite supportive and the events made me stay encouraged. The friends and seniors were also quite cooperative and helpful to me in projects I worked on. Overall, It had a positive impact on my career.
