The college is so cleaned, very beautiful campus its a amazing whether here good for studies.
Professors are experts with there fields and they give the best practical which is better for gaining skills
Average placement rate is 18 lakhs which is the recent situation here come the big mnc but you can get placed on like wipro, cisco, infosys, etc.

Dislikes

Hostel toilets and Mess are unpredictable water supply delay and lack of electricity in day Hour
There is no placement in our institute, very poor condition.
The mess food is not quite good very plain

The lab facilities of CIT is the number of things I liked most in our computer science department we have total 5 lab and overall facilities are Quite high
The Central library of CIT kokrajhar is one of the most beautiful things I liked most our library is one of the best library with capacity of more than 1 lakh
The campus of CIT kokrajhar is quite decent we have total a 250 acres of land 3 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel overall our campus is full of greenary

Dislikes

There is a certain problems in CIT like some times we have facing a electricity issue
Sometimes the connectivity is not good as you expected
The hostel food is not as good as you expected

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's a fact that the Indian education system is not designed or promoted for skills sharing. But if you are in CIT the scenes are quite different. In CIT various seminars and programs related to a high balance between a curriculum and an industrial side

REVIEW FOR CIT KOKRAJHAR

Competent faculty. I never expected professors to be this passionate about their fields here. Everyone takes their work really seriously. I don't think I can remember the last time they have cancelled any class in a working day.
Labs are well equiped, at least have been till now. Never felt there was a shortage of any machine.
The Central Library: It has every book you need, you name it. You will have to do some digging yourself but chances are your book is in this library.

Dislikes

Frequent power cuts is one of the worst aspects here. There's tremendous scope of improvement although and it's being done at lightning speed.
Placements: Despite being a CFTI, placements haven't been up to the mark and don't do justice to its tag.
Location: This college is situated in the outskirts of Kokrajhar, sometimes students specially those living on campus without owning a vehicle might feel alienated due to it's locational disadvantage. There's not much to do here after classes.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester onwards, students start preparing for placements and entrance exams. Siemens Energy, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Cognizant and other multinational companies visit for placements. About 50% of the students are placed every year.

I rate my college curriculum is so good and rating is 8/10.our director sir is so good gentle and humble guy very well person. I am very proud of my college and i m standing with my college and our department is so good

Campus is beautiful, I love the campus of our institute
Library are large gardens and Play ground have.
There are four hostel in campus, I love the campus

There are low placement in our institute.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BTech degree is for engineers. I choose this degree for my life. The curriculum prepares us very well for real-world applications. Cse branch is the best branch for improvement in the course curriculum. There are 3 hours of exams conducted in the end semester examination. And difficulty level is moderate.

Campus of CIT is good, examination are strict i love this

In placement, i don't like CIT because they don't provide any placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically Btech degree is for engineers so I took the decision in this field. the curriculum prepares us through the projects into real world applications. In CSE branch you can improve your skills. The frequency and timings of exams is 3 hours in end-term exams and 2 hours in mid-term exams and difficulties are moderate level.

Liked the facility of central library very efficient and very helping in education purpose
Liked the staff and faculty members which are very good at the subjects and teaching

Dislikes

The mess food is not quite good very plain
The area of the college and asthetics and bit low
The events are not that refreshing and are short in duration

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for campus placement mostly in 4 year some might in 3 year companies visited well know in the past years average package upto 10L but still the percentage of students getting placements are quite low my plans after getting the degree is to appear for GATE

I love the campus of our institute, because there are playgrounds and garden

There's no placement in our institute,and not much good facilities

BTech is the one of the best degree, so i wanted to be a engineering so took this decision. Now the curriculum prepares me well as what i want it teach the real world applications making. The areas are Btech in CSE branch is the best course curriculum for improvement. The frequency and timing of exams are , there is 3 hours of exams in end terms and mid term there is 2 hours

Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar is a great government college.

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is also charming. It cover a huge area of 300 acres. There are seperate hostels for girls and boys present inside and outside the college campus. The college has a gym, 2 canteens, a big auditorium and a park.
It also has a basketball court, respective rooms for different clubs, well organised labs, badminton courts, a football ground, a tennis court, a huge library which occupies 2 floors and air-conditioned gallaries. The hostel timing is quite strict.

Dislikes

The canteen food isn't that good but its edible including mess food of the few hostels.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good for CSE, ECE, IE, and CE branches. The college offers in-campus and off-campus placement. The companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, Infox, etc. come to provide placement to the students.

Hope i crack GATE and get a seat for Mtech in IIT

Good faculty , they are good at solving doubts
Our CS teacher make us feel the concepts
Semester exams paper are 50% easy and 50% challenging questions

Dislikes

Unfortunately, not so good placements Highest package I head is 12 LPA
Mostly our seniors go for higher MTECH studies
Gender ratio is like 1/3 minimum girl and maximum boys

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am From CSE branch and I made decision to take it because I like coding and DSA . Curriculum are mostly out dated and need to get improvement in like Ai and mechine learning. EXAM dificulty levels are moderate as 60% comes same type questions from PYQ and 40% are challenging questions.

My beloved college

Likes

Teachers are good they have done their studies from renowned places
A new gym has been opened keeping in mind of students health and fitness
Also a library is there it’s pretty good can study in there peacefully

Dislikes

Campus is not upto the mark and undergoing construction
Hostel food is the worst better eat junk food then the mess food provided
Location of the institute is very far from major outputs where the onboard students cannot complete their needs properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many courses in this institute ranging from core to IT. Well for choosing the course it was given to me in a ranking manner and the only option available was the course I am doing The curriculum prepares the students very well for real world applications and further teaching methods. The students are very responsible for this aspect Improvement in classrooms would be a good thing in the curriculum else everything is up to mark. The exams are taken at good timings and the difficulty level is 7/10 and also depend upon the faculty
