Students become eligible for campus placements starting in the 4th semester, but the number of recruiting companies is limited. Notable companies include Sonalika and some local firms. The highest salary package offered to a diploma holder was 23,000 INR. To qualify for placements, students must maintain a minimum of 60% marks across all semesters.

Due to the limited placement opportunities, some students opt to continue their education with a BTech degree for better career prospects. In 2018, the annual course fee was Rs 45,000. An 80% scholarship, called CMSS, was available, reducing the fee to Rs 12,000 per semester for students who scored 78% in their 10th board exams.

However, students who failed any subject were required to pay the full semester fee of Rs 24,000.
