The GATE 2025 cutoff for NIT Durgapur for M.Tech admission in the General category ranges from 628 to 353. For M.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, the Round 1 cutoff is 628, with the last round cutoff at 561. M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering admission opens with a score of 627 in Round 1 and closes at 562 in the last round. For the ST category, the range is 334 for Computer Science and Engineering to 181 for Operations Research in Industry. Under the EWS category, the cutoff ranges from 610 for Computer Science and Engineering to 303 for Environment Science & Technology.
