The campus of our college is one of the best in the city, it is very beautiful and gorgeous, it is filled with greenery, the facilities are also very good like a food court, ground, basketball court, and parking.
Placement here are average 700000 to 750000 per annum which is good for a teir 3 college this year the company which took the students at best package on campus was zscaler and other companies like ibm hotel radisson blu
The faculty is very nice they provide great mentorship and support.

Dislikes

I found some faculty to be unapproachable as they seem to favour student who interact with them on regular basis and tend to be rude to others without having any good reasons
Library fine is very bad because i always forget to giveback the books
College management is in not in good hands i think becoz they dont care what is going on with the students every time exam portal window get troubled they should consider it and maintain it at least during the examination

law yet lovable life

Likes

diversity of the students from different backgrounds
the perfect ratio between boys and girls
clean and good enviornment for the students as well as hostellers

Dislikes

buildings lacked proper ventilation apart from admin and offices where they sit in air conditioning
cleanliness is average and requires more attention
every department does not enjoy the cultural event or be it fest

Placement Experience:

right after the 4th year an average student gets on with their carrer path and college does have a placement cell which surely help students to place them but students must be attentive and follow the instuctions provided by them and have to stand out from other students as everone does not get chance to sit on a placement drive and the average company offers minimum 3LPA which most of the students take initially and leave soon. i plan for litigation though.

Life at UU

Likes

College infrastructure, labs , vast library
Smart classes and well ventilated rooms
Environment was very attractive and greenery everywhere

Dislikes

College slow Internet and minimum network
Transport system m and fees of transport
Misbehaviour of some students with freshers

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced our decision to choose this course was very good we gained a lot of knowledge and hope to have a good placement. Teachers teaches thermir best and are helpful

Likes

The quality of infrastructure, best campus life
Good professors naturwise and highly talented.
There is a more favour to sports persons

Dislikes

Some strictness can be seen for hostel students but it's okay
College cafeteria is little bit expensive

Placement Experience:

In my view campus placements are good. as I see my students around me getting placed There is no compromise in that there is an avg package of 6 lpa offered by campus. many students placed for above than 15lpa package

Campus are outstanding and have on good location. Library facilities are very appreciative
Courses related facilities are fantastic and faculties are helpful
Laboratory and equipment related to the course are available

Dislikes

Ground having not well furnished ground for every sports
Costly food court and bake house facilities
Sports function are running during class time

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester students are eligible for placement . Every biotech company, pharma related companies and microbiology related research institutes comes during placement in Uttaranchal University. Package depends on international and national compines . 90% students are placed from campus After getting degree I opted for research institutes

college campus is really huge and have good auditorium and library
teachers are really friendly and helpful
fests are conducted and valuable workshop are also conducted

Dislikes

a bit strictness about the uniform code for all

students get eligible from 7th sem for the on campus placements. Placement rate is not very good. only startup's and below average tech company comes and rest are sales company. And as a tech student it's not good for me

Infrastructure is very beautiful and have high amount of plants
More trees are there in campus and campus is neat and clean
huge area given for the student parking and very well structured

Dislikes

There is no cleanness outside the college area
Outside street vendors supply products that is harmful to students
Moving in break time is like you are roaming in very busy street

The most important is faculty support to students is quite great as no partiality between student exists what a topper and what a back bencher all are equal.
The food court is quite great as we get very healthy and hygienic food with top qualities.
The main ground is very big where the cultural fest or events takes place very easily and obviously for sports.

Dislikes

The cost of food is high thats the thing which i didn't liked .
There is no strictness regarding the studies and no boundaries for limitations.
the worst is attendance criteria 75% above ......hate this most

Placement Experience:

In BCA stidnet from 5th sem are eligible for placements and rest courses also same in thier last year. None of compines exist that visited in this college and no offer made. Highest package was of 20lpa in deloote last year and average package is 3-4 lpa in each section atleast 10% students gets place TO get a job and if didn't get then get a masters..

From Classroom to Campus Life

Likes

Teachers are well qualified and teaching method are excellent
Lectures are conducted daily,you doesn't feel u waste whole in campus
Campus are soo beautiful and very close to nature.

Dislikes

Time table are soo packed,it's feels like 9 to 5 job somedays.
Attendance are mandatory means 75 percentage attendance are mandatory otherwise u are not able to sit in exams
So much rules and regulations sometimes u feels you are in school.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum are good.But some time it's feels so hectic you alots of assignment date are submition of yours assignment, project reports, lab file. Even doesn't have enough time for preparing you exam and self study .

Pros and cons of uttaranchal university

Likes

Sports tournaments for shuttle and vollyball are conducted

Dislikes

Infrastructure is boring and doesn't look good
South mess food and menu is average.....

Course Curriculum Overview:

For now the curriculum doesn't prepare us hor any real world applications or further academic pursuits. There will be one mid exam and one semister exam for every 6 months. The difficulty is based on the subject.

Some of my friends attended Uttaranchal University. Their experience at the institute has been good.

According to my friends, the infrastructure of UU is quite good. The faculty members are well-qualified and supportive of the students. The environment on campus is great for studies. Although UU has strict rules and regulations regarding attendance.
