VNIT Nagpur GATE 2026 Cutoff : Check Category-wise and Round-wise Cutoff

The GATE 2025 cutoff for admission to M.Tech programs at VNIT Nagpur in the General category ranges from 678 to 352. The most competitive course, M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, had a Round 1 cutoff of 678 and a last round cutoff of 602. For M.Tech VLSI Design, the admission cutoff for Round 1 was 526, closing at 444 in the last round. Other sought-after courses like Geoinformatics, Urban Planning, and Structural Engineering showed cutoff scores in the range of 474 to 382.

Programs such as Geotechnical Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering, and CAD/CAM had closing cutoffs between 366 and 352. For OBC candidates, the cutoff score for M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering was 635, while the cutoff for M.Tech Urban Planning was 282. In the SC category, the score range spanned from 510 for Computer Science and Engineering to 168 for Chemical Engineering.
