Likes

The infrastructure of our college Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune was advanced. All the labs consists of latest machineries and computers with high computing processor. The labs were quite good for Artificial Intelligence and Ma
Sports facilities were also good. It includes football with turf, Volleyball, Kho Kho etc
Hostel facilities were also good with 3 sharing rooms.

Dislikes

Some of the faculties are not much supportive
Mess food is not good. Tech Fest is also not very informative and helpfull
Cultural events are not planned well, there is no ground on which some concert can be arranged

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curricullum is structured properly and all aspects are covered. Thoigh the gradjng system is quite good. There is relative grading which increases competitiveness among students and also sometimes motivates student to learn more

The Campus environment and atmosphere...
College Networking and student engagement.
Sports facilities and Extracurricular Activities.

Dislikes

Mess food could be better and interesting.
We should be allowed to take our vehicles to hilltop.
Boys hostels should not have CCTVs as they deserve privacy too.

Placement Experience:

Symbiosis Institute Of Technology Pune college provides placement drives that help students get above average packges. The average package being around 150000 per year. The placements start from 4th year i.e. 7th sem.

Likes

The internships are very good here ad you work on projects to get internship
College life and the memories that we have build in hostel
The faculty and researches that keep on going in the campus

Dislikes

Food of mess is okayish like its eatable not like ghar ka khana
Attendance policy but thats in every college so doesnt matter actually
The college is strict when it comes to discipline

Placement Experience:

I am a second year student at SIT the placement here are above avg then other colleges because some college have 300 to 500 students in one batch which creates a lot of competition the highest pacalge at sit was around 50+lpa and the avg for cse is rounghly around 13 to 14 lpa

Location of the college, mess food sometimes

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements Companies visited include Microsoft, Barclays, Deloitte, Oracle and many such reputed companies Highest package is something around 40LPA and average package is around 9-10LPA depending on branch Percentage of students getting placements depend yearly but it's surely more than 90% I plan to open my own startup after completing my degree

Loved faculty, amazing teacher always supportive.
Loved the cleanliness of college really clean campus.
exposture to people from other region this college has students from various regions of country.

Dislikes

Exams schedules are pretty weak for internals.
Labs are good but wifi could have been better.
Food in their cantneen could have been better as well.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students can apply for placements and Since i am in 2nd year I don't have breif information about placement status. Percentage of students getting placed is good enough. My plans after degree is to do masters in same field.

campus life is excellent with lush green campus
placements with average pakage of 10 lakhs per annum
situated in lavale villege on the outskirts of the city pune

Dislikes

professors are decent with decent infrastructure

As I said average package is about 10 lakhs for this college so ROI is much greater than other private colleges out there so many FANG companies visited there so placement is huge with the highest package of 36 lpa but the average is good so best college.

Mess food and hostel rooms condition is not that good
The coding culture is nit
Assisgments and hectic schedule and far away from home

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester onwards student becomes eglibile for placements. The highest package was 36 lpa whereas the average is 11lpa. here come big companies like amazon, google and other big MNCs. The percentage of students getting selected is 93 %.

College campus is small is size
Sports amenities and gym can still improve a lot
75 percent attendance is compulsory for writing end sem exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Most of the faculties are decent some are also good ..they are cooperative but some could be rigid regarding attendance and assignments. faculty: student ratio would be 1:20 for labs and 1:50 for classes. All are PhD-qualified teachers. Most teachers have an average pedagogy. You gotta learn on your own. If you pay attention you can pass easily
